I contacted them about a car and the salesman stopped responding to my question about a broken part on the car which I caught on the pictures he sent me on April 25. 20 days later someone else contacts me about the car which is still sitting on the lot. I wanted it a month ago. Per the other sales man, the first man is new and just become a father. R u kidding me? How unprofessional and that has nothing to do with poor work performance? All I want is to buy a camaro in cash with no financing and no trade in. Stay away. They play games and dont want to sell cars. They apologized and I was told they would take care of me and work a deal. Deal was full asking price after they sat on me for 20 days. Nothing added or removed. Where is the deal? Ridiculous. This was a very frustrating journey. The reason I'm giving them 2 Stars is because it all worked out in the end, but the crap I had to go through was avoidable. I brought my 2022 Camaro 2SS convertible for an oil leak and a shutter that I believed was from the transmission as this was exactly what happened to my father in laws Camaro. They expressed to me that they thought it was from a bent rim and so I approved them to fix it. This was after 2 weeks of my car being at this dealership that I found out not one person has touched my car. Dalton who was my service advisor, and the mechanics were not communicating to each other. The mechanics thought that they didn't wanna mess with my transmission shutter before fixing my oil leak that was coming from the oil pan. No communication happened. Therefore, my car sat there for almost 2 weeks without being touched. After I get really upset they fixed my oil pan leak. I also gave them authority to fix my bent rims. I then got word that only one of my rims could be fixed and they asked if I wanted to replace my rims and I said no. I was then told that my Camaro was ready to be picked up. After driving an hour to the dealership, I found that my rims were scratched to hell and my power steering did not work. The GM went on to tell me that the power steering module probably got wet and they needed to cycle it a few times and it should be good. Yeah that didn't work and I was told that they now needed to order the part, and that their rim guy would be in on Monday to fix my scratched rims. We are now going into 3 weeks. Thankfully, the rim guy did a good job fixing my rims and my power steering got fixed. The only part that really pissed me off is they tried to charge me to fix my power steering when they were the ones who broke it!! Other than that, I drove my car home and it actually drove very smooth and I feel that all problems are resolved. My advice to the dealership is that the service advisors would communicate properly to the mechanics and then communicate to the customers what's actually going on. read more

Yelling at a customer, patronizing, & even making a statement, "What did you assume? Have you no common sense?" when there were 3 of us who were present & the "rebate" information was NOT explained; inspite of his yelling, "I told you" & we can all vouch this did NOT occur! Brought my car in for an engine light diagnostic, they said everything was good after they cleared the engine light. Left the dealer and the light came on soon as I left. Brought it back in and they said I needed new spark plugs which had only been in a few months and then somehow my coolant hose snapped off during a test drive. Weird! Said everything is running fine except the hose. Picked it up and it's shaking when I drive now. Will never go back here to be ripped off! read more

After a two hour drive the nice person April introduced me to her boss who was a horrible person The person in charge of buying cars her boss immediately said there is something wrong with this car later accuses me of having bondo in my fender. Meaning there was bodywork in car. I drove this car off the lot with 83 miles when I bought it in 2011 and it had zero accidents He brought his supposed expert out who immediately agreed and asked where I bought he car and I should ask for my money back and laughed about it. These two were Completely unprofessional to question a persons integrity on something that did not happen. Worst customer service experience of my life! Told my salesman I had returned to buy the vehicle after going through all the hoops of setting up my insurance, securing my loan, and they instead sell the vehicle right in front of me and my son! We literally sat there for an hour while another customer fit her car seats in and went for a test ride. Not sure what they did not understand by us saying we had returned to buy.??? And they knew we were arranging everything! (took less than 3 business hours) I will enjoy it when the days return where car salesmen actually treat people kindly who are spending thousands of dollars. My 2016 Camaro leaves me stranded. It will start but when I go out and try to start again it won't start. I have a great car I can't drive. The service department has repeatedly told me nothing is wrong. I put a brand new battery in, this is not the problem. I see that there is a class action lawsuit against Chevrolet related to bad starters but the dealership will not acknowledge this or contact Chevrolet about what their diagnostic equipment is not finding. The last time I was charged $200 for them to tell me there is nothing wrong. I have repeatedly complained to the service dept and been told someone will get back with me....you all know how this is going.... read more

This review is if the service department. We had a battery go bad while on vacation. A GMC dealership in Fort Walton Beach just told us good luck and wouldn't replace a battery, on a 2018 GMC Acadia. My review is based off the experience I had with Steve Lowery. Because I was young he thought he could run all over me. He wanted to sell me a vehicle and it was rattling when you drove it and it was scratched up and had paint chipped. They were asking way too much for it. I tried to get them to go down, they went down $100. That was it. I do get it is tough times but you just need to flat out say no haggling. Then he tried to tell me that he had someone approved for the car, but he hadn't shown up the day before or the day i was there. As if to say if I didn't buy the car right then it would be gone. I wasn't buying what this salesman was saying. I ended up going another route at another dealer service. Ended up getting a much nicer car with 20,000 less miles, same year, for cheaper. I will never recommend Allen turner based on how condescending the salesman was. And by the way, a week and half later and the car they tried to sell me is still on the lot.. so much for the guy who was approved, huh? Steer clear of this 'establishment'. read more

Extremely professional staff, not the stereotypical pushy type car salesperson you may have encountered at other dealerships. My salesperson was Eddie Price, who was very knowledgeable about each vehicle I was looking at. He did his job well, as I chose a 2019 Silverado High Country. The sales manager, Mr Steve Brase is there to close the deal, and he honestly wants you to drive away in your new car knowing you got a good deal. He's very good at his job. This is the second new car I've bought at this dealership and both times were an enjoyable experience. read more

Great Service. Justin Reeder was knowledgeable and went over and above. The air conditioner on the used vehicle I purchased did not work. They completely replaced the system. The issue was sill not fixed, but I was able to replace a $50 part that took care of it. So a little skeptical of the service department. Overall I would recommend this place. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought a 2017 Chevy Silverado with about 77K miles on it for $40K. 3 months and about 4,000 miles later the transmission went out. We asked for the multi-point vehicle inspection from when they took it in. The transmission was shown in "red" meaning is needs immediate attention. We were told they have no way of checking the oil on a transmission by the service manager (there is a dip stick). They put a new transmission in without our verbal or written approval. They are now trying the "cut us a deal" and are charging us upwards of $7,000 to get our truck back. We have spoke to all managers on site and none of them care and said the "red" on the transmission was just a suggestion. When we approached them about this they tried to physically fight my husband and told him if he didn't want anything to go wrong on a truck he should have bought a brand new one and called my husband a broke bitch, while cussing at him in from of our children. read more

Inquired about the vehicle, they were very punctual with their response. I was out of town but really liked the car and the deal was solid. I took a chance and had them drop off the vehicle. It came with a 30 day warranty so I figured it would be enough to do a solid inspection. When I got the car it looked great, but it had a chipped windshield, a small dent in the rear, and it smelled like cigarettes. I called Allen Chevy, I emailed their service department, and I even contacted Allen himself, and they ignored me for more than 30 days. I will not be repeating my business with them. read more

Make sure you are very specific with exactly what you done. Took daughters car in for oil change, tire rotation and front end check at 11am on a Monday. At 5:00pm they hadn't even checked the front end. Then they charged over $250 for oil change because they decided to do a 30,000 mile check up instead of just changing the oil and tire rotation like we originally stated. Be very specific and make them repeat back exactly what you want done. We've bought 4 cars in the last 4 yrs from them and this is the second time their service department screwed up and did what they wanted to do. read more

I could write a BOOK on why not to buy at this dealership. They have the worst service department of all that I have ever been to. I bought a new 2017 diesel truck there and wish I would have gone with my gut feeling to drive to FWB. I noticed on the drive home that the front end was shimmying at around 45 MPH. Called to have it looked at and they work on an appointment only system no matter what you need. Ok, I accept that. Probably keeps things smoother but at least the other dealerships will let you come in for an oil change and wait for it. They informed me that the truck (now with 500 miles) would need a special balance on it and that they were going to charge me for the service. Fortunately for me, I have a daughter and son in law who have a law firm and they LOVE situations like this one. I showed the person at the desk their card and he went and talked to a manager and suddenly the service was free. I dropped it off and left it overnight and the next day I called them and they said they couldn't work on it because it had rained. This situation repeated 4 more times (on different days) until finally I took it to a tire company and had all four tires rebalanced and the problem went away. There have been two other things happen there involving the "inspection" they supposedly do when the vehicle is in the shop. Best of all? They INSIST you give them a 100% good rating when the survey arrives. Its like buying a vote! Its not fair and balanced if someone is trying to dictate the results. Two high notes here. The sales staff was friendly and the service dept offers free doughnuts and soft drinks. Better than nothing I suppose.... read more

I vacationed in Destin, FL from Alabama and was heading back home around 5:30 pm on a Wednesday and while stuck in a traffic jam my car (Mazda 6) had every dash light under the sun turn on. Starting to get freaked out, I told my boyfriend to just turn into this dealership because I knew they had a service area. I run into the building crying saying I need help I'm 5 hours from home and had no idea what to do. I was told to go around the corner to see if any of the workers in the service area were still there. I managed to stop a man (I didn't get his name but he's from Niceville) getting all of his things together, right about to leave, and explained my situation to him. He puts his things down and comes out to take a look at what could be wrong. Then another man, Jerome, came out to look too. Basically what had happened was, my alternator decided to give up alternating. All while hearing this I'm still freaking out and crying, but those two men tried their hardest to help me and calm me down. Jerome instantly gets on the phone calling everyone to see if any parts store in the area had an alternator for my car. Long story short, these guys were the hardest working, nicest individuals in all of Florida. Also special thanks to Aaron, all the guys who worked on my car, and the man who drove us to the bank. read more

LOTS OF PROBLEMS...STAY AWAY! After recieving a quote to fix the AC on our 2015 Suburban we were told that the problem was addressed in a GM special coverage service bulliten (17336-02), but because we had 82k miles on the vehicle we would not be offered any financial assistance. This was in December of 2017. We saved our money and tried to schedule an appointment to have the work done in February of 2018, but the reps in the service department never called us back. We had to keep calling until someone would take care of us. This seemed to annoy them. When we drove an hour to the appointment we were told that there were additional steps required to perform the service that were not on the original quote and it would cost over $100 more. No explanation was given so we were left to assume it was just a sloppy and incomplete quote. They didn't touch the vehicle until an hour after the scheduled appointment time and then after waiting several hours they said that they would need to keep it overnight. When my wife went to get her purse the guy working on the car was surprised and asked her what she was doing because he'd be done in less than 30 minutes. Obviously poor communication between the front office and the people working on the vehicles. During the several hours of waiting someone told my wife about the GM dealer empowerment bulliten that applies to vehicles with special coverages. She decided to ask if the service representative would use the policy evaluation tool to see if GM would offer any assistance on our AC repair. The representative didn't have any idea what we were talking about. We eventually found someone who did run the policy evaluation tool and told us that GM was offering $300! GREAT NEWS! Except then the rep informed us that because of "bad blood" between us and the dealership they wouldn't be offering us any of that money. They went on to give the normal speech about completing a 27 point inspection, but when asked what that consisted of nobody would tell us. I just don't think this dealership likes getting asked questions. They also refused to tell us what "bad blood" meant, but when my upset and confused wife was leaving they were sure to tell her to give them "high scores" on the survey! I don't think so. The worst part is that after the vehicle was taken home we looked at the new combination cooler that we just spent about $900 for and realized that the AC condenser shield assembly was NOT installed! This is step 4 in the service bulliten that THEY HANDED US! QUOTE- "Verify if an air conditioning condenser shield assembly is installed on the NEW air conditioning condenser..." Without this installed we are going to be right back here where we started when the AC goes out again! When we called the service department they said we would need to drive back to the dealer so they could see what we were talking about and verify that there was a problem. Absolutely ridiculous. Yeah, let's take another 4-5 hours out of our day to let them keep working on our vehicle. This might have gotten caught if they showed us their work instead of just tossing us the keys and saying goodbye. We are done with this dealership and are warning all of our friends and family to stay away. They also left rags in my engine compartment and gave the vehicle back to me with all four tires under 30 psi. I guess these items are on their mystical "27 point inspection", but who cares right? It's not their vehicle... Finally, a previous employee of this dealership posted a horrible review on Yelp a few months ago warning potential customers of the "unethical stuff" that they do to include lying about performing inspections. I went to get an oil change I had scheduled for 10 am. I walked in at 0950 and was completely ignored by the two associates at the service desk, I didn't get a "welcome to Allen turner" not a "hello" nothing. An lady came in about 5 min after me and she was helped immediately, I still did not have a word spoken to me. The other associate was pecking his computer answering phone calls but still completely ignoring me. After 15 minutes of standing directly in front of the service desk the first word that was spoken to me was "it'll be just a moment" when I was finally acknowledged I said that I was completely ignored and would like to speak to the manager. The manager Jerry came to me and said that " my associate Doralys says she greeted you and I believe her" basically calling me a liar, and he also said that it is normal to wait 15 minutes to be helped even if you had an appointment. Once we got down to business I was told that the wait time for an oil change was 2 hours (even though I had an appointment) and I couldn't have a loner car. I asked to reschedule for a time when they weren't so busy and I was informed that there was never a time when they were not busy. I decided to get my oil change else where and they seemed unbothered. The service reps were rude and unapologetic, and the manager jerry who believed doralys instead of me has obviously never heard the saying the customer is always right. The place kinda reminds me of the restaurant named Dicks where everyone is rude to you on purpose. I promise you will get better customer service at a McDonald's I do not recommend taking your vehicle there for any service... the sales people are cool read more

was shopping for a vehicle for my husband so he could get to and from work, so we were not looking to spend a lot of money to begin with. I filled out the financial form through their website. Received a phone call from a Guy name Alan or Al rather. I returned the phone call since I missed his first phone call. Made 3 more attempts by leaving messages, not one time did he ever return my call. So my husband and I were out and about and decided to stop in to see this Al person and he stated he never received any of my messages which I left with an actual person, he did my credit application and it came back rather quickly and all he said was sorry we cant help you.. I know for a fact that if you do have less than a perfect credit score there are other ways in helping that customer because it was quite funny that with a not so good credit score I was able to get a car from Lee Automotive that was only 1 year old.. Alan Turner will not go above and beyond for a customer with less than perfect credit. Its funny such as my self not having perfect credit I have bought a car that was one year old when I purchased it and my payment history has been excellent! read more
