I purchased a Swim Spa 1325 which sits 11 people. One thing to keep in mind is that when it is warm, the heater keeps going until it hits the temperature you set it at. It takes one hour to heat 1°. Keep the temperature down low when you're not using it. Always check your chemicals to make sure it's balanced. They're a lot of fun and we use it to exercise in. We bought a light from Amazon that we installed above it for ambiance. It also goes to the music. Yes,Customer service needs to improve with their communication better and their time frame was off. Please be warned careful dealing with this company and read the contract carefully and ask questions. We had a new liner installed and also bought some extras to go with it. They are working to rectify an issue we had with some of the extras we ordered not being installed. I will update this again after the problems have been solved. I just wanted to update this as the company is working on this issue. August 26 - Unfortunately when they installed the liner they left a couple of screws sticking out, some up to a quarter or half an inch sticking out on top of the wall, which any kid can cut themselves with and now they have scheduled to remediate the issue until September 10, which is past the holiday weekend and we have a pool party scheduled which we might have to cancel September 10 - Secards service team came and did a great job fixing all of the issues and error that we had encountered. read more

Beware of this place! I was told they can build a pool on my home and took my deposit of $1000. When the guys came out to do the plans he said they can't build a pool Bcus there is no way in my property the deposit check had already been cashed. So I called Antonio and he came out to look at my property and he spoke to owner about us building a remnant for the machines to come in after a whole lot of back and forth as I want willing to demo anything in my property without a discount I was told it's a no go. Antonio asked me to ask my neighbors but I specifically told him from the beginning that if the machines can't come through my property then it's a no go for us. It's been now over three weeks after Anthony text me saying he would get back to me to give me my deposit back as it was a mutual release of liability. Now he won't return my text/calls and even the office won't answer my calls. I even offered for us to hand dig for the pool but they told us we can do it but no discount whorl be applied. What but your won't be using a bobcat (machine to dig). This is insane! Be professional and return my calls/texts! I just want my deposit back that it! read more

Over the last several months we ended up with a ton of rain here in Southern California and as a result, we ended up with a lot of cyanuric acid in our pool. I ran over to the local pool guy here in Riverside and he told me I would need to drain my pool and I immediately thought that's not a good recommendation because I remember being told specifically that you CANNOT drain a liner inground pool. I went ahead and contacted Antonio Martinez over at the Menifee location he told me come on over and bring him a sample of my water, and we will figure out a solution together, he recommended I purchase a cyanuric acid remover, and intern it worked perfectly removed all the cyanuric acid from my pool without having to drain it. I then shocked it with his recommendation, and I'm going to attach a before and after picture. I am so pleased with the results. My pool is in perfect swimming condition. I've had to increase my pH, but other than that my pool is perfectly clear and ready for the season. After contacting the Segcard pool store in Menifee they advised us that they will contact the corporate office. 2 days later the store called us to say that they will not replace the liner it is not covered under the warranty. We went with secard pools a couple of years ago. Now my pump went out and they said it's out of warranty. I called around for a quote and I found out that I have to get a variable speed pump because a law took affect in California in 2018 title 20 for energy efficiency. I was told since the city inspector signed off on it, it's a done deal. Before all of this I had a bunch of issues with the concrete work and I had to do all the clean up myself when they were done. Open trenches I had to fill in myself. I do not recommend this company!!! read more
