I would absolutely recommend this company and Eric Wheeler. Our regular pool guy just disappeared out of the blue. We were in the process of finding a new company when our pool filter gauge broke off our filter, sending water up to our roof top. Yikes!! Now we needed someone ASAP!! After calling several companies, leaving messages and texts, Eric was the only one who answered his phone the first time, listened to my concerns, asked for pictures to be sure he had the parts and said he'd be right over to fix the problem. He was at our house within 30 minutes of my initial call with the replacement parts and was cleaning our filter in over 100 degree weather. Best service I have had from any contractor in this area. I just went through a pool install and complete yard renovation. With this I dealt with multiple contractors. Eric was by far the most pleasant and customer oriented. When I contacted him, I had a horrible situation where one of my contractors who did stone work blew tons of debris into the pool. The filter was a mess, all the levels were off balance, and there were chunks of stone all over the bottom. He immediately came to my home and spend several hours getting it cleaned up and within a few weeks I had clear, clean water. His prices are very competitive as well. read more
