They keep giving me the lady name Demi to contact for Labcorp bill, then she said she did take care of it, then forwarded me to Renell, and Renell forwarded me back to the bill department for more than 2 months. Nothing was done. My insurance hasn't received pre authorization for that procedures, then Labcorp keeps send me the bill.

After 4 days of playing telephone with her front desk personnel and her MA, I'm not sure it's totally Dr Eapen's fault why I haven't heard back from her. But to be given the run around every morning for almost a week, is quite pathetic. Being hassled by her staff and damn near harassing them myself is annoying. I don't know where the lack of communication falls inside of this place but it's never cut and dry. Everything is "make an appt" as long as I have been battling thyroid disease along with the many Drs that have had to join in to tackle my health issue, making an appt just to go over lab results or to discuss if I need to start taking my medication again, is Crazy to me!! Today I was told I had to make an appointment as she hasn't seen me since July of 2019!! Funny, she took me off my medication in Jan2020 which I saw her for, I leveled out in May 2020 which I saw her for and was instructed to come bck in 6 months.. Not only that, between her, my allergist and the eye surgeon, we have all been in communication with her office as we have been running thyroid labs all summer. Her staff has to be hurting her more than they are helping her business because she would be appalled by the things they have told me over the last few days.

They canceled my appointment just 45 minutes beforehand, claiming that I did not complete the pre-registration forms. It is outrageous that these forms cannot be finished on the same day as my appointment! As someone who works for a family medicine doctor, I know that insurance can be verified and new patient forms can be completed in person. I found this clinic through Zocdoc, which already has all my insurance information and ID on file. This morning at 7 AM, I went through all the forms, thinking I could finish them right before my appointment, as long as they were completed during registration. I encountered issues with the form and called the clinic three times for assistance, also reaching out through their text service, but I received no response until after they canceled my appointment. When they finally called, it was just to tell me my appointment was canceled because the forms were incomplete! Of course, I couldn't finish them because no one would answer the phone after I left two voicemails. This level of service is unacceptable! Thankfully I was able to find another Doctor in the area who will let you fill out forms in person / same day/ and answer the phone if you have any questions!!
