The nurse was okay, she wheeled me to the restroom, but she made sly inappropriate comments to lighten the mood, but they weren't needed and made me feel more uncomfortable. Even the sonographer acted like she couldn't hold a conversation, smile, or pretend like she was interested in helping me. She applied the warm gel to my legs to assess them. I attempted to ask her why the gel was warm since I'm used to it being cold. She just quickly gave me an answer and then moved the machine so that I wouldn't see what she was seeing on the screen. The overall clinic was clean and had a pleasant scent. The doctor had a cool personality. He was nice and polite. He gave me my diagnosis, but couldn't handle my reaction as I was devasted. It wasn't his fault and honestly, it is still unknown why I was diagnosed with the condition I have. The atmosphere of the urgent care was cold and ominous.

Jessica told us about their busy day and let us know they were no longer taking walk- ins for the night. She offered to schedule the guy an appointment for the next morning. The Provider Stephanie signed the Fast Pass paper so we can drive 6 more miles to the nearest ER that accepted his insurance. I mentioned a Stop the Bleed kit or assistant since he was bleeding on counter. The provider never came from the back to assess, render aid nor communicate with us at all. She just kept walking from left to right wall in the back. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO STOP if you are HAVING AN EMERGENCY. They never looked at the deep cut so no help was given to stop the bleeding. 1 star for making sure the ER referred accepted his insurance. 0 stars for the patient care, empathy, customer service and beyond.

I went to that office and they could've told me over the phone that information. They gave me an estimate of around $1500 for one vein which is crazy. So I left and went on my merry way. I recently got a bill for the consultation for around $350 just for him to look at my legs. Never again!

I was concerned because I saw blood on my pillow after a week. I went to the Urgent care to have them look at it, and they cleaned it up and sent me home. I went back the next day at their request to ensure that everything was fine. They were able to remove the staples from my head and gave me antibiotics. The staff was incredibly kind and very professional. I had handled this experience of cracking my head open pretty well until today. Realizing just how serious it was, I was on the verge of tears most of the time. The staff held my hand and explained that I had every right to be that nervous. It was a traumatic experience and I've come through it well. I want to thank the staff at Gemini Urgent care Kenzie, Jackie, and the nurse practitioner Laura Gordon. They all treated me with extreme kindness. I recommend this Urgent care to anyone in the Clear Lake area that needs medical attention

I paid a bill in July, it shows a paid receipt, and bank account shows it paid, it still shows up on the balance! The new bill i just got in the mail, which is different charges, shows the new charge, but it is nowhere on their system. So Monday will be another session with their billing dept. They have messed up several times in the past (wrong procedure codes which took months to fix). They need to hire better people to manage billing.

Wait times & experience : first time here we came with X-rays from urgent care and they said they needed to do more, come to find out they needed to do more because they were taking X-rays on a different ( wrong ) part of the body, this increased our wait time by 1 hour- since this was a child I wasn't SUPER happy about that, they blamed it on miscommunication between the admin and nurses. Offerings : they seem behind on the times. Everyone seems to offer waterproof casting but apparently they do not which is a huge disappointment.
