They keep giving me the lady name Demi to contact for Labcorp bill, then she said she did take care of it, then forwarded me to Renell, and Renell forwarded me back to the bill department for more than 2 months. Nothing was done. My insurance hasn't received pre authorization for that procedures, then Labcorp keeps send me the bill.

He had me return 2 days later and saw me immediately. He listened to my symptoms and examined me. Within 15 minutes of walking in the door, I was walking out with a possible cancer of the tonsil diagnosis. He said he might be wrong, but he usually isn't. He referred me to MD Anderson where they confirmed his diagnosis. Dr Yoo knows ENT symptoms. He can diagnose your problem correctly so you can receive the correct treatment. I am glad I went back and had Dr Yoo diagnose my problem. He caught this before it could go undiagnosed any longer. If you want an ENT Dr who knows what he is doing, go to Dr Yoo.
