They have a huge selection. I will certainly check prices and selection with them before buying new. They had used appliances that appear to be both new and older models. I recently had a repair person come out from this store to repair our ice maker. They were great. He came out the next day, figured out the issue fairly quickly. My husband who is a very good handyman had already spent several hours messing with it before I called for service could not figure it out. The price was in line with other service repair people I have used. I have been very pleased with them.

Paid more and customer service (Taylor) was horrible. 4 irritating phone calls. Salesman took us to appliances and we walked around them noting no dents or defects. Why they do that I have no idea because they came in a box and the dryer had a huge dent across the front. Delivery people took it out of the box and set it in place like we ordered a dented dryer. Did not mention it, like it did not exist. We were leaving on vacation in the morning and had laundry to do before we left since our washer died. They stated one other dryer in store also dented. Solutions - we could send them both back and get a different color - after vacation. Or get different appliances altogether since dryer was on back order. Horrible customer service. While I was in the store I was looking at refrigerators. I will buy that elsewhere and will not feel one bit bad that I will not spend my money at this local family owned business.

This company was assigned to repair my oven by my HWS. After, not hearing from the company after 72…read morehours I attempted to call them several times to schedule the appt. 2 weeks later the technician came out and "repaired" the oven. The exact same day the oven stopped working again. I contacted the company immediately regarding this and left numerous v/m and txt messages. After not getting a response I reached back out to my HWS and they attempted to call the vendor and was unsuccessful on several attempts. I was finally able to reach someone and the recall appt was made for 10/19 no time was given which is fine cause I work from home. At 1:45pm I called the vendor and spoke with the "owner" because no one had showed up. She told me the technician was having a terrible day and was running behind. At 2:40 my husband came home and said there was a card in the door from the vendor. I was livid because no one knocked on the door or called. After talking to my neighbor, we learned the technician stuck the card in the door and left. Again, I called and spoke with the owner and was told that she would put me on the schedule for the following day 10/20. She also mentioned that the technician was working late and if he were able would come back by. It was already after 5:30pm when we had this conversation. At 7pm we got tired of waiting and decided to use the stove top to make dinner. 10/20 the technician never showed up. I called and spoke with "owner" and was told that the technician stated, he wasn't coming out because he came out 2x on 10/19 but also told me that I was not the only person missed that day. I'm not sure who's being dishonest the technician or the owner. I find it strange that no phone calls were ever made by the technician to say he was on the way or that he arrived. But okay, 10/26 appt made for technician to come out and again no one showed up. 10/26 HWS spoke with vendor and was told someone was coming out that day, again no one showed up. 10/29 HWS transferred me to another vendor after not having an oven for greater than 1 month. This company is deplorable with terrible customer service and dishonest staff. DON'T USE...

Their customer service is terrible. They DO NOT answer the phone and do not follow up with text…read moremessages (they request you text). It's been a month and our stove has not been repaired. We go through home warranty and the ONLY thing they have to do is edit an incorrect report sent in by them! Please don't waste your time, money, or energy on this place. Needed an igniter for my oven, they were the 1st that answered the phone, several called me back…read morelater. I had already trouble shooted that it was the igniter and had it all apart, this was Monday and appointment was Thursday. Checked local stores and the original Frigidaire igniter at Lowe's was under $30. It has very easy access with 2 wires to cut and connect with wire nuts, and 2 small screws. I could complete in under 20 minutes if not for my 3 herniated disc, so $30 and 20 minutes later would be cooking. They have some overhead but are a husband and wife with 1 tech that lives by them(nice guy). So after paying $252.33 for 20 minutes I contacted the wife who was very defensive and acting like she knows nothing about her business ? She promised the tech or her husband would call me to discuss the bill from February 10, 2022 and today is 29 days later and never a call ? ? ?
