The guys at Alliance are awesome. I urgently needed a new fender and a door fixed before a big move and these guys delivered big time in just days. Other shops told me minimum 2 weeks once they get to my car in the queue. Jermaine listened to what I wanted fixed and only quoted me for that work (took me 10 min for a quote); other shops took days to get back to me with a quote and tried to get me to do $10k in nonsense hody work when it only needed $2k at most. The guys in the shop went above and beyond and polished out all the other scratches on my car I didn't even ask to be fixed and they did it without an additional charge. The price quoted was the price paid, none of this trying to milk you for more money after the fact. It's too bad I'm moving away because I would only get my car fixed here in the future. 5 star service! Jermaine was amazing and super communicative throughout the whole process. Very easy to address my concerns with and kept me updated with every step of the way. I had a horrible experience with my last repair and they even found a towel shoved into one of the holes in my door. Alliance replaced the whole thing and did an awesome job at making my car look like brand new! They were able to work with my insurance to be sure everything was covered. My Tesla parts took awhile to get delivered. I know the wait time is out of their control but Jermaine was sure to always update me when the parts were expected to ship. I did have an issue after i got my car back where my back tire kept saying it was low pressure after a week of driving it. We kept an eye on it and then when it did it the second time i was sent to their tire guy in pasadena and they fixed it right away! Alliance is the best out there! To be honest, there was a minor issue after I picked up my son's truck, but Micheal Amini (I assume he is the owner) stepped it up. He drove me to the rental company and took care of everything, which is what customer service is all about. Micheal also kept me informed about the truck's progress. It was delivered on time, and I'm not being paid to say this, but the truck appeared to be brand new. They repaired it as if it had never been damaged, and they even detailed it for me. These guys are 100% awesome and 100% honest. After many years of accident-free driving, I finally got my pillar and broke the side mirror. I decided that it is not a big deal and I definitely did not want to drop off my family van because of it, so I ordered a replacement mirror on eBay. All I needed is to paint the mirror cover - a small piece of plastic. But the closest body shop with tons of excellent reviews told me they won't do this. I stopped by the Alliance, and after inspection, Michael said that I don't have to paint my part. They took the cover from the broken mirror and installed it on the new one within 5 minutes, and did not take money for that. Thank you guys, you saved me a lot of time! Then I had my dad's car at my house and it ended up getting burned in the fires in Altadena. Once again I brought My car here and Jermaine helped me a lot. However, when I stepped inside and went up the stairs, no one acknowledged me and instead pretended to be on the phone, especially the guy in the front left desk who went on his cell phone. Took my car in to get the clear coat re-applied after I noticed it was peeling in an unpleasant way. Walked in without an appointment and was given an estimate immediately. Scheduled an appointment and took my car in for the paint job. It looks better now than it did when I purchased the vehicle. Pricing was fair, but the service was outstanding. Turnaround time was supposed to be a few days but they had my car ready before my scheduled pickup date. I needed a repair of my beautiful Toyota Camry that protected me in a hit-and-run brutal accident (I was hit, they ran). I selected Alliance Auto Body in Pasadena, and I couldn't be more pleased. The manager runs an amazing shop, with seriously gifted experts. They got right onto my repair, and when I called to check up, they said they needed a bit more time. Why? Because during the anticipated repairs, they uncovered more "buried" damage that showed up as the initial repair was being completed. I'm so grateful for their thoroughness and knowledge of automobiles, so I wouldn't have a problem "down the road," so to speak. These folks are experts and have the customer's welfare always in the front. They'll go above and beyond to hand you back your car, beautiful and completely assessed and repaired. Overall excellent service -- my car was in really tough shape after an accident left the windshield completely shattered and exterior banged up. There was glass everywhere on the inside. Jermaine made such a pleasant experience out of this nightmare, from dealing with the insurance to going the extra mile with repairs (they took apart the whole inside to clean the glass in the air/heating ducts and shared photos of progress). The car feels completely restored and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I do wish there would have been a more realistic expectation set for a timeline, as it was finished about two weeks later than the original estimated date. But I can't complain because of the stellar outcome. I got my car repaired here. The repair was covered by insurance. My car was rear-ended. Alliance took care of it. When I first received my vehicle the bumper paint did not match the body, it was a noticeable difference. I sent pictures to Alliance and we scheduled a repaint, they fixed it and brought my car as close to whole as they could. They were able to transfer my clean air vehicle decals on the rear bumper, before and after the repaint each case, which saved me a trip to the DMV and some money. The repair took a couple weeks and I wasn't given an exact timeline due to uncertainty of receiving the replacement parts. A little annoying, but acceptable. read more

My car was bumped and was left with deep scratch. I spoke with Jermaine and they were able to work out the details with the liable insurance company. The quality of the work was excellent. Couldn't tell there was any damage before. They did take a little over 3 weeks to get it all done but they were transparent about the amount of time it would take beforehand. I have State Farm and originally was going to choose an auto shop within the State Farm network for the convenience factor, but since I had a good experience with Alliance when I first moved to the area, I decided to go with my gut and I'm glad I did. During the heavy rain a few weeks ago an object on the freeway came off another vehicle and struck my steel bumper, after I realizing the damage I reach out to my insurance company and took my truck to get repaired. After reading their reviews I decided to choose a body shop outside the insurance company network, I spoke with the owner Mike and he was straight forward and honest. Taking my truck to his shop he gave me a break down and an estimate of how long it took my truck to be repaired. After about a week at the shop I retrieved it.
