I would like to say that the I cannot be anymore happier with the work that was done to my car. Ivonne and Steven are both great in helping me and I had a great experience bringing my car here. Took around a little more than a month to repair my car, but the length was a bit extended due to internal suspension damage that needed further inspection. Best part, they provided me a free car to rent because I didn't have rental coverage in my insurance so if you need a car while your car is being repaired, this place is your best bet so you don't make a larger dent in your wallet. Steven is super friendly and helpful! He is so knowledgeable about everything regarding my car. I had so many questions due to my lack of experience in cars/insurance etc. but he was so patient that he answered them all. He walked me through the options that I have and explained the pro and cons on each option to me so that I was so informal to make the right decision. I got into an accident on a rainy Saturday, had to tow it back to home. The following Sunday I tried call a bunch of auto shop but no one picked up the call besides Steve at AACC. He is super nice and walked me through what I should do after a car accident. And told me don't worry everything will be taken care of. The nicest people and quality work! I brought two cars to be repaired. My brand new truck was hit on the side, brought it here because it was recommended by a friend. They fixed it and was a bit dissatisfied by one small detail, took it back and they were very apologetic and gave me a free rental car. When i returned to pick up my truck a week or so later it was perfect! :) Also brought my Honda Accord, someone hit the back door and i couldn't open it from the outside. They somehow messed up just the handle, Alliance ordered me a handle and took an hour or less to install a few days later. I must have bad luck because the car I'm now driving has a dent from a shopping cart, and i cant stand dents!!! So i shall be returning for a quote soon. They are a bit hidden, i just know to turn right where the huge chicken is at the burger joint on the corner. read more
