Over the years ive had two cars come into this shop the first my 2016 scion frs which was rear ended... everything was fine... about a year later i got a new 2017 subaru sti and was in a front end accident i took it here because i trusted edgar and his team because of the previous work that had been done. A month later i go to pick up my car .. mlm.(A MONTH!! ) and the car has noticeable body panel gaps and because i had a carbob hood they proceeded to day it was the hood that wouldnt let everything align properly... WRONG i got and oem hood all the panels lined up that same... they rushed the car took my money and basically told me to screw myself and wouldnt rework it unless i paid again ... i ended up taking it somehere else and spent another 2k after spending 3k here to begin with... stay away save yourself the time and money and get it done right somewhere else the first time. The Gomez brothers are arguably some of the best in the business. I met both Gabriel and Edgar about a year and half ago and recently have done work to my Acura ILX. I got a huge crease and dent from a hit and run and they were able to handle my car quickly. In a matter of one day they were able to get my claim processed. I contact Elite Auto Collision (co-owner Derrick Luo) in El Monte, CA and Mr Luo provided an estimate for my car repair. He also took photos of both front and rear body damages of the car and submitted an estimate to Allstate. The repair took almost three weeks. When I returned to pick up the car, the rear body damages were acceptably repaired/replaced, but the right front damage was missing a part and not repaired. Mr Luo told me that he will need to order the parts from Mercedes and asked me to return to the shop one week later to have the parts fitted and the front fender repaired. I believed Mr. Luo and picked up the car from the shop. After a week, I tried to call and text Mr Luo on numerous occasions on his cell phone (cell number: 626-560-0997) and he did not respond to my inquiries (prior to picking up my car, he always responded to my inquiries). After many attempts, I realized that he deceived me and will not answer my calls or texts. I immediately called Allstate and reported the incident. After verifying what Mr Luo had submitted to Allstate for the auto repair, I realized that Mr Luo did not submit any repair work on the right front damages of the car! Allstate asked me to submit a supplemental claim and seek another body shop to repair the right front damages of the car. Wow! I will start off with saying it was not my first choice at first. I went to visit the location after my 2017 mini van was crashed (front end damage) it had to be towed to my house. I cordially feel Elite would be a great helper for you during a depressing car damage. I would liken the technicians in Elite to be magicians. They could just handle however badly the car is damaged. Crowds of car "patients" are waiting along the street and in the yards for the magic. Highly recommendable! Four days ago, the left rear bumper of my parked car was accidentally backed into. I instantly appointed with Derick for a quote and check on site in late afternoon. He was being patient and professional. It was beautifully fixed like nothing had happened. An episode here... The cap behind was missing, as the workers might have put it somewhere while spray painting (It was completely understandable, as the cap is just too small. I came to know later that it was found and put back in place ten minutes after I left). In order to save my time, Derick asked to send my car directly to my office on the following morning (I could have saved them much trouble and time if I had waited for a little while - -! ). He kept his word, and I received my car early the next morning. Also, he helped wash it. He did not need to, though. Derick also took the initiative and helped with two apparent scratches on the trunk lid. My appreciation was beyond words. I guess the most I could do is to let more friends in need get to know Elite and enjoy its reasonable price, high sense of responsibility and devotion. Even though they also did a good job, this time i decide to try a different company because my insurer has not finalized to waive the deductible.
