She then recommended a specific pair of walking shoes, explaining the technical reasons why she was confident they'd provide him with the support he needed. She also recommended a good orthotic insert for use when wearing his other shoes. We really appreciate that she took the time to answer his questions and address his specific needs. Recently a person I know went to boot barn and the two different sales people that helped her two different times told her that the items she was picking and purchasing we're not coordinating and that she should look at everybody else and see what they're wearing so she can buy the correct items. I understand it's the sales person's job to advise but not to tell people that that's not correct. They need to be taught how to speak to people just for this. I will never buy from you again.
