They left the oven without wiping out the oven cleaner, kitchen and utility room sinks were dirty, baseboards weren't wiped off, drawers were left dirty. They were supposed to clean out all cabinets and drawers. Some of the closets were never vacuumed. Very disappointed. After complaining, they came back out and cleaned again. The sinks and oven looked lots better, but we mopped floors again and water was very dirty. They could not have mopped it again.

Every one hour after allotted time is $75. They want me to extend. I told the lady to do fast and not to be so in detail, but she just replied that how I work and continued her work. Another no-show. Spoke to 6 different individuals over the course of 3 hours. No one took responsibility, and the cleaning crew never showed up. Poor communication, only added frustration and stress to an already difficult time.
