The roof is out of warranty, of course, but since the first day of a series of heavy rain just started---they got here today, identified a seal that needed touch up, and touched up all the roof vent seals for good measure, in less than thirty minutes. Total pros and the two workman were very nice. Can't ask for more and now they are top of our list for a planned bathroom remodel project.

He said he was unavailable to help with the items on our list but gave recommendations of businesses who could help, such as Miller Glass. No problem... the trouble started six months later. We reached out to him in January of 2025 asking if he had time to help us build a wall in our entryway sometime that year. He said yes, came over to look at our space, and charged us $100. Since then, he has done barely anything and it is now August of 2026. He has had a couple of conversations with us, said he would come back over for final measurements but never did, sent us a couple of AI rendered photos, claimed he was discussing with his door supplier, changed his business email without telling us so we had to dig for it months later after he disappeared (which he does for months at a time). He quoted $10,000 and said it could go up to $15,000. We told him we budgeted $15,000 but to let us know if the costs would be higher... we weren't fighting him on costs. We were kind and incredibly patient. We were hoping to find someone who could ultimately help us with renovating a kitchen and two bathrooms. We were willing to wait for a quality contractor, but I am appalled at the poor service we have received. Stringing us along for over a year and a half is unacceptable and unprofessional. If he hadn't been recommended by the designer, I would think he was scamming people with fake consults. I'd look elsewhere if you value your time. I feel like a bit of a fool for wasting so much of mine.

Dadco Construction for the win again! After a few days of…read morenon-stop snow, I contacted Dadco (among others) for snow removal help. My husband requires dialysis and his appts are 5am, 45 minutes away. They didn't hesitate and showed up within an hour to help us out. Fast forward 2 weeks... I was feeling pretty defeated earlier. Piles upon piles of snow. I've tried to keep up with the snow as it fell. Ww still need to get out for medical treatment 3x a week. Been using a sled to shuttle supplies, firewood etc through the front yard. My driveway was getting narrower and narrower... Woke up this morning to about 6 more inches of snow and felt like throwing in the towel. I left a message with Dadco earlier in hopes they had an opening. I was sitting inside and all of a sudden here comes a Knight in Shining Armor (ok, a guy with a yellow/orange vest on a big ole backhoe/tractor). I called Doug at Dadco and they came and reset the tank to the correct depth and added the leech lines, working with another local company to make this happen. We are happy with the workmanship, timing, and value of Doug and his crew at Dadco. Doug has also been very involved in donating his time to help non-profits and events in Paradise. We had our bathroom and kitchen remodeled through this company. They were very polite, and easy to…read morework with. Debbie really helped and was very kind. Phil was very polite and respectful while doing the work. At first, we were very pleased with the work, which was done in June of 2021. However, after about 5 months or so, the floating vinyl flooring started to come up in places in the kitchen. We reached out, as we were surprised that it was coming up already, after only a few months of being installed. We were told at first that most likely our house foundation had shifted, which would cause the floor to come up. Keep in mind, we are on a concrete slab, and the same exact flooring that was put in by the front door and in the bathroom was not coming up. We were then told that it was most likely because there is a sliding glass door in the kitchen, which could cause the floor to come up. This also did not sit well with us, as I have known plenty of people that had floors installed in an area with a sliding glass door, and the floor didn't start coming up 5 months later. Additionally, at no point was this communicated to us while picking out the floor, install, or upon payment. After we didn't except this answers, Keith agreed to send someone out to look at the floor. But he sent the guy who originally installed the floors.. So, the guy who messed up the floors originally is supposed to fix them now? No surprise, he glued it down which laster about 48 hours. Maybe. Additionally, there was absolutely no follow up to see if the problem had been fixed. Not to mention there are gaps in the floor and wall in spots where the floor guy did not measure correctly, I have the pics below. Overall super unhappy that I paid 21 thousand dollars and ill have to get my kitchen floor replaced relatively soon. There seems to be no guarantee of work from this company, and Keith just didn't really seem to care to make things right with the family that wrote him a 21 thousand dollar check. It is what it is, but I will not be having them redo my closets as I had planned, and I can never suggest them as an option to anyone I know. It may seem harsh, but that is how I feel. I guess I just expected better customer service from a local company.

Needed to replace the AC on my travel trailer. Bought a unit and was going to do it myself but my…read morehelp fell through. Called a place that had lubed the axles before and asked if they would do the installation for me but they said since I bought it myself rather than having them order it they wouldn't do the install. (If I had them order the unit they would certainly have marked it up by hundreds of dollars and the warranty would be in their name rather than mine.) Called Ron's RV and asked if they would do the installation. After assuring them that it definitely fits the same opening, etc. they said they would do the job. When I took the trailer and AC unit to their shop I asked about replacing a dead exterior USB port as well and they said no problem. They installed the AC unit and replaced the USB port and didn't take a long time to "get to it" like a lot of RV repair places do. I'm very satisfied with the shop and the crew there and will definitely return for all future RV needs.
