When they were finished the area was spotless. They hauled all materials and cleaned everything completely. Additionally, Joe provided my HOA with clear explanation of how water is entering my crawl space and what they need to do to correct the drainage flaws to protect my property from flooding in the future. This was understandable having had water damage due to rain previously at another property. Estimates were not received and I sent an email 4 days later and left a voicemail 6 days later. I called the office on the 7th day (2/23) and left a voicemail. I received a call same day stating the estimates had been emailed. Reviewed the estimates and assured Eric that I wanted to proceed. He stated that he would send the contract that afternoon. The contract was never received. Once again calls on 2/29/24 were made to the cell and office number and messages left, as well as 3/1/24. There was no communication at this point and I was clueless as to why. I was willing and able to pay the price that was quoted. If the company did not want to take on the project, for whatever reason, it would have been greatly appreciated to directly been told this instead of me wasting a month and having to start all over again.
