N&M Restoration was hired by Direct Connection Plumbing when our water heater went out recently…read more We had been members of American Home Shield, so we went on-line to turn in our request to them. They sent Direct Connection. Their employee, David, brought his buddy, Adam, who worked for N&M Restoration. We were scammed out of $2,200.00 from David who went straight to the bank for cash. Adam wanted $1,000.00 for his dry-wall work, but when his job was so lousy, we put a stop payment on his check. We tried dealing N&M Restoration, Direct Connection, and AHS only to get no help from any of them. David never showed up with a water heater, so we ended up buying a water heater and having a plumber install it after going 3 weeks with no hot water. Adam tried getting cash from us but, thankfully we didn't go that route. Stay away from N&M, Direct Connection and AHS. A & K Mortensen

I approved the mitigation process, during the mitigation I had two issues and when I spoke with Daniel he stated he would send someone out and he never did on both occasions. I had water coming into the structure from the rain that they didn't seal correctly, I had to purchase my own supplies to seal the area correctly. Once Prorest got their money from the insurance company I could not get a hold of Daniel . He would avoid my calls and texts , very disappointed when I'm already dealing with the burden of getting my home repaired. I definitely would not recommend this company from my own experience.
