Then he (Jesus) stated " WE ARE NOT MIND READERS" Then, I told him, I spoke to the woman on the phone. She quoted me 270 with a tint removal. I told her specifically the tent need to be removed. Jesus was very rude to me. As I left in a condescending voice Jesus says " Have a good day." No apology for the miscommunication, nothing just rudeness.

My insurance recommends Safelite but I couldn't get any help from Safelite (can't even talk to a person). Albuquerque was our next stop. I lucked into US Auto Glass. Ever was so helpful, found a replacement and made arrangements to meet us at our hotel. He met us on a Sunday night and had the new windshield in and the cameras reset in an hour or so. He was so nice and helpful. I highly recommend him. You just don't find that kind of service anymore.

They got me an appointment right away, answered all my niggling questions (I'm kind of a fussbudget sometimes, and Beau in particular was really helpful and kind about it) and got it done right on time - actually faster than I'd expected it. My car was returned to me good as new! Every single employee at Walker treated me in a friendly and professional manner (thanks Shelby!). Their waiting area was comfy with good WiFi, videogaming and television stuff for entertainment, and a pretty nice coffee bar set-up. Smaller local establishment, you'd figure they'd be expensive, right? Nope! Just over _half_ the cost that was quoted by the big national firm (the other big national firm still hasn't called me back with a quote after promising to do so ten days ago). And I have the assurance that the calibration was done at a Subaru dealer (Walker folks take the car over there - they're close by) by a certified mechanic. As well as Walker's assurance that they're here to resolve any issues that might arise. Great service, great pricing and no nonsense - and a local business that works to earn your trust. No one wants to deal with replacing a windshield, but I'm really glad the dealership let me know about Walker Automotive Glass. Next time we catch a giant crack from a rock on the freeway, I know who I'm calling first!

The folks at Auto Glass Repair took my car in and I was amazed that they fixed everything (including a giant windshield crack requiring replacement) within 24 hours.
