On a Wednesday night, we noticed our water was not very hot. A quick look at the water heater and a drip pan full of water indicated we had a problem. We called Alliance Plumbing that night and they said they would have someone out to us the next day by 9:00 am. At 8:30 am, Agustin arrived! He surveyed the situation, confirmed we needed new water heaters (they were 12 years old), reviewed with me the potential costs and by 10:30 they were installing them. Agustin was extremely nice and helpful in describing everything he needed to do and why it needed to be done. He covered all of my stairs and floors leading up to the attic with carpet covers and wore fabric boot covers on his boots while walking on any of my floors not covered by the carpet covers. My service was complete on April 9, 2015 and it is now April 23, 2015. The water heaters have been working perfectly! Agustin explained that I should check for leaks in the roof the next time it rains. As most of us know in Seabrook, we had a torential down pour this past weekend and I am happy to say we had no leaks around the roof where Agustin and his partner had to perform their work. We have been using Alliance Plumbing for years and have always been completely satisfied with their work and their responsiveness to our late evening calls. Had leaking problem near the water meter. I called Alliance Plumbing for help in fixing the problem as they had done the job a year earlier. Johnny and Henry came out the next day to assess the problem and found the source of the leak. They were very thorough and took their time digging up the ground and even saved the top layer of grass to replace after the work was completed. Johnny was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain why the leak occurred. He answered all questions I had and even educated me on the new technology in the field of plumbing and other services that his company had to offer. After the work was completed, they cleaned up the work site nicely and the best part...they did not charge me for the repair since the leak occurred in the same area the company had previously worked on a year earlier! Agustin Villa and all who had to be called in performed admirably. Had a leak in my water supply line buried deep under thorny vegetation in my forecourt. The City line came in at a hilariously (well, it would have been funny if it hadn't screwed everything up....) ridiculous angle, and worked against repairs for hours, but the Alliance crew worked persistently and methodically through the difficulties and got the job done. Pressing on into the night, the team worked in the dark with spotlights to make sure that I had running water in my house before they left for the night. I recently used Alliance Plumbing for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. Jonathon Lucio corrected a hot-to-cold water line and fixed the water line to my refrigerator. He was professional, explained everything upfront, and completed the job efficiently. The communication from Alliance was excellent, with prompt scheduling and real-time tracking of the technician. Wow...outstanding service! I left a VM after hours (non-emergency) when the tub and toilet in our hall bath backed up and eventually drained (albeit slowly). Their scheduling team contacted me first thing in the morning. I called the afternoon before requesting a technician the next morning. Jean was very polite and helpful. She said, they could have a tech out between 8:00-8:30 the next morning. At about 7:45 the next morning I received a phone call from their tech Robert saying he could be to my home in about 15-20 mins. Robert was very polite and very thorough. He took time to review and explain all procedures and costs before doing any work. I highly recommend this company! The repulsing job done on my home was completed in three days. When the work was completed, the manager came back to inspect the work done! Every thing was fine! I was pleased with the company they had come out to dig the trench from the meter to the house. All the dirt was placed on tarps and the top layer of grass was set aside. when finished, you could hardly tell there was a two foot deep trench the length of my yard that was dug. My wife and I love Alliance Plumbing! They service the Clearlake, Webster and League City mostly. About 10 years ago,Alliance did a first rate job of installing pex pipe throughout our house and even pex piped the water line from the meter to the house, when the main water line to the house started springing leaks. Our home is about 60 years old. About a month ago we had a tankless water heater installed in our attic and it has been wonderful! Agustin came over and replaced a problem toilet in my guest bathroom. He offered recommendations for the kind of toilet that would work best for me and when he was finished it was as if he'd never been there (except for the great new commode!). We had to replace our water heater on a Friday afternoon. The Alliance crew came out in a few hours after speaking with them! After we did not have hot water in a few hours we called Dimitri, who then hired an electrician to troubleshoot the problem the following morning. Sure enough our breaker had tripped and needed to be replaced. Alliance covered the cost of the electrician even though it was not technically their issue. We had water all over our 1/2 bath this morning.
