Don't let that bill be late (even if its not your fault), they will send a delinquincy notice ($ 25.00), in a matter of days and you have to be super pro active to get that resolved, ie call every day, fax documentation and work with them. Same with a problem that needs to be rectified, it may take several phone calls to get the message through. Just be aware this is as old school as property management gets and be on your A game.

My unit flooded August 14, 2021. The management company, and the Hampton Courts condo association, were both aware of PRE EXISTING, FOR YEARS, water issues in the ENTIRE BUILDING. ed initially attempted to hold me responsible. My entire carpet, bedroom and living room, must be pulled, due to feces, mold, and mildew. The condo has also tested positive for ASBESTOS, about the end of August. Since then, ed would not return calls, answer text, and when he would answer he'd state, " oh, I'm sorry, I was off today. I thought they had started the repairs." In the meantime, the tenant has been displaced, during the covid Era, and the condo association and management company, have refused to speak about compensation for displacement. ed has a hand picked restoration company, Rainbow Restoration (Mia Hanson), that has joined the fray, and lies, of Edward Oswald. My calls, text, and any communication with them has been documented and recorded. They'll continue to double, and triple, down on deception and lies, as the tenant's health, and well being, is being compromised. I called and did speak to Melody Poulos via phone letting her know that we never receive things in the mail except for when they raise the assessment and don't send anything out. She tried to push it on accounting and USPS and that simply is not the case. You can't receive a letter saying you are behind the increase fee when you didn't know there was an increase but no other correspondence in the mail. It's been 3 weeks since the call. I sent emails and they haven't been answered. Nobody will give me a straight answer. Don't go through them if you can help it. NO customer service. The owner is the same.

The owner (David Kress) is not just unprofessional, and overly sensitive, but rude and refuses to call back when there are issues.
