They were able to get me connected with Gainesville Towing Service to service me. Thankfully with AAA it does give a bit of a discount for a new battery and received a good quote. The company quoted me a wait time of 20 minutes or so as it was 5pm traffic time. The driver was in communication with me as it took longer than 20 minutes. About 40 minutes later, my driver arrived and apologized for the wait and did explain he was on the driver available and was coming from the opposite side of town. He did his diagnostic test and confirmed my battery was pretty much on its way out. The service in total took about 15 minutes and was seamless. I do appreciate his professionalism in spite of AAA's miscommunication via text service about the wait time.
