They offered no proof. They would not send me, the homeowner, the pictures showing live termites and they freaked out the buyers. I had to replace a board that had a little damage, true, but no active termites as I treated the place when I bought it. Gladly would I have worked things out well if they could show me the proof. Ollie ghosted my request in text. I just think its rude and I actually do not see why they have a good review. This happened twice and I would hate for others to go in without knowing that. In the end, no one could find these live termites and a friend in the banking business told me that this happens a lot in the real estate business. All these xs are put where live termites are suppose to be. I believe in termite inspections but this guy would not return my request and just worked the client who, in the end, saw that there were no active termites when we went to all the spots noted, and they bought the house happily.

We contacted Robyn at Westark who immediately dispatched Josh to us. He quickly diagnosed the problem as our old Orangeburg sewer line having collapsed. He showed us the broken pieces to verify what had happened. Utilities were promptly contacted and came to mark the lines. The next day a backhoe arrived to dig up the old collapsed line along with a crew of Caleb, Joseph, Winston, Jared and Brad (I hope I didn't miss anyone). They repaired all lines under the house and front yard. We never hear cussing or complaining from anyone. By the end of the day we had our sewer system back. Great job to everyone who helped! He did the same jobs before on the kitchen and the toilet bidet and took him no more than one hour to install both. The man from the company finished the kitchen sink faucet after about 1 1/4 hour and took a way longer than we expected with the bidet toilet due to " leaking T-Piece that he has been back and forth to his truck to fix the issue." After three hours of work, I was asked to pay $ 290.36 although I was quoted that the first hour to be $75 and the following hours are $65 with 30 minutes increment! I have talked to Anna who claimed herself to be "the supervisor" and I explained to her the situation and inform her my willingness to pay for 1 1/5 hour job as it is reasonable time to spend for both item. She was adamant that I have to pay the requester ($290.36) amount and after reasoning with her, she finally cut the price to $ 189.76 ( still not sure about how the calculation for 3 hours time occurred! I asked about my options and she was very rude by saying: "You either pay the amount or go to court and pay the first requested amount". I wrote a check with the amount with memo include "Thank you, Anna :)" What a great customer service and satisfaction!
