I spoke with Patrick who was extremely helpful and pleasant. Patrick scheduled a service technician to stop by my house within 3 hours. Alex, the technician called 20 minutes prior to coming over. When Alex arrived I explained the issue. He knew exactly what was wrong. It was a simple, no tools required fix. Alex is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to how I can avoid the issue in the future. I hope that J&C reads this review because Patrick and Alex need to be recognized as outstanding employees. The technician showed up within about 15 minutes of the appointed time. The tech did the diagnosis and determined that the safety spring on the right side had broken. He replaced the spring and was on his way in about an hour. The cost was quite reasonable. A day or two ago, the door developed a horrible squeak so I call All Door and set another appointment for this morning (2/16). The tech arrived at exactly the appointed hours, did his diagnostic work, made the appropriate adjustments, and was on his way in about 45 minutes. I couldn't ask for better service I would recommend this vendor for all manner of garage door work.
