I cannot say anything other than Amazing customer service ! I called Dan yesterday because my keyless entry door lock was not working, he suggested I change the battery which I thought could not have been the problem because I was not getting a low battery alert. I went to Home Depot and purchased new batteries and a new lock which Dan had agreed he could get to me first thing in the morning to fix if needed. Of course it was the battery and before I could call him he called me to check in to see if the battery had worked out . Who does that ? It is such a breath of fresh air to find someone focused on Customer Service and Honesty , he didn't have to suggest the battery and could have come here and replaced the lock and I never would have known . Even though he never made it over because I didn't need him I have already shared his info with several people. If I ever need a locksmith I won't call anyone but Dan . He is the best! I have required the help of Allied Locksmith twice in the past 3 months. Both times, I was accidentally locked out of my apartment by family members that forgot we lacked a key to one of the locks on our front door. Both of these lock out incidents took place at the end of my work day (after 5p). I was new to the area and called several numbers listed online only to hear messages saying, "please leave a message, and we will be in touch the next working day". Obviously, I wasn't too keen about sleeping in my car, so I kept calling and finally, found Allied Locksmith who answered my call immediately and both times, responded on site within 1/2 hour (Yes, even after normal working hours!) I Highly recommend this company and the services provided. The second time he came, he even made a key, so it didn't happen again!
