Many members have chosen to leave because of new unfriendly management practices and polices. The departure of loved tennis pros who once offered professional coaching and Manchester Prep School for high level tennis players has closed their doors. They offer limited hours (close at 5pm on Sundays), increased rates and less quality offerings (camps, tennis lessons), reduction of tennis courts from 12 to 5 is likely as a result of the many tennis players who have had enough and left or the contracts they require or perhaps the carnival tickets that are needed after scanning your card to hand to your tennis pro or fitness instructor.

There were several…read moretimes where the internet and cable were unavailable, along with a few times where the water coolers needed to be replaced. Overall, it was a good experience. My biggest complaint is with the management... I had mentioned only doing month to month since I was unsure of when I would be moving out of the area and that it would most likely come at an unexpected time. I was reassured before signing up that my situation was understandable and that I only would have to give a few days notice to cancel... so I gave about 4-5 days notice over the phone (never had anyone call me back) and I left the key where they told me to. Well, a week and a half later I noticed that my account was still charged for a new month. I called and spoke with them and they completely blew off the fact that they told me I only needed to give them several days notice and told me to refer to the bottom of my contract that said I needed to give 30 days notice IN WRITING in order to successfully cancel my membership. So my warning to anyone looking to join...don't listen to what the management tells you, regardless of how agreeable they may seem.

The place is great when you are by yourself, but feels cramped very quickly with others working out as well - and if they happen to be talking... or choose not to wear deodorant... well you just have to roll with it because it's very tight. I had a similar problem with the management. I tried repeatedly to contact them, spoke to the main woman in person when I saw her and STILL no returned phone call. Turned into an unpleasant problem, and I try to avoid those. Definitely read your contract and know what you are getting into. And don't expect any contact with them. I would recommend trying for one month without an extended contract and then deciding. Shared bathroom in the hall. No showers.

I feel fine and question why it's a big deal if you aren't hiding anything g. This is a crazy world we live. Seriously doubt the owner is using these cameras for anything else but to protect the gym equipment and people in it. Lots of gym for less $ have TRX included. 3) Only one set of each weight (i.e., one set of 15 lb, one 10, one 25 lb, etc.) so if in use, you are out of luck. 4) Leg press is weird and hard to use. The name scared me a bit but the price was outstanding; $10 a class...no really, it's $10 a class. AND they have classes at 5:30 in the morning which is perfect for me. I've been three times and cannot recommend it highly enough. The instructors are welcoming, encouraging, and their cues are outstanding. It appears there are all levels in the class from folks like me to folks who are obviously very advanced in their skills. And these veterans, unlike accomplished yogi in some studios, are focused on their own practices, and waste no time judging others. I love it here; I actually like going to yoga class.
