A two story boat the cruses to the Jungle island. Drinks on the boat while you can sit or walk around while enjoying the scenery. Beautiful waterfront homes and yachts big ones little one. While your cruising other people wave to you they have a little bit of music playing. I enjoyed standing in the front it was very enjoyable and just loved the sunset Florida has some of the most beautiful sunsets incredible. We arrived at the island and greeted with friendly people where all the entertainment began. We sat down and ate they brought the food bbq to the table brought is drinks during the dinner they had live music that followed outside fire dancers and hula dancing. Then you were able to walk around the island birds a few animals jungle vibe. Than back on the boat for a ride back. Food was chicken which was tender and tasty. Ribs that feel off the bone with extra bbq sauce. Corn bread coleslaw.

Great way to spend 90 minutes. Cost was reasonable. This was expected though since most of these types of boat rides are similar in that respect. One interesting highlight was the trip into Port Canaveral to see some of the cruise ships in port. The tour guide/docent named Mason kept us engaged throughout the trip with his knowledge and an occasional one-liner. All in all a very pleasant afternoon. Highly recommended

We went on the holiday lights cruise last month, on the "Christmas Ship." It's their regular big…read morepaddle wheel boat, all decorated and lit up for Christmas. So cute! We had a great time. Of course, the view was spectacular, eastbound down the river to the Intracoastal and then northbound before we turned around again at Lake Santa Barbara and headed back. The cruise was about two full hours long, which was just right. By that time, we were ready to disembark. The crew members were all very friendly and smiley, from the ticketing agents, to the deckhands, to the bartender, to the narrator (of the sights and homes). We had nice Christmas music the whole way. At the end, as we were getting close to the dock, we had a surprise visit from Santa. There were a few little kids on the boat who really loved that. Even all the "big kids" loved it! We have lived in Fort Lauderdale for over 30 years (and my childhood originally), so we are not tourists. But locals and tourists alike love these river cruises. There's always something new to see, and it's so special to get out in your own hometown along the water and remember why it's such a special city. There is some street parking in the streets and neighborhoods surrounding the boat, but depending on the time of year, it can get hard to find a spot, for example, during holiday holidays and weekends. Directly adjacent to the Carrie B is the Riverside Hotel, whose parking garage, while reserved for valet on the lower floors, has metered parking using Pay by Phone on the upper floors. Just park and take the elevator down, and you are just a block away from the boat. It is very well lit and seems safe at night. If you go in the evening, especially when it's not summer, I recommend bringing a windbreaker or sweater. It can get chilly in the breeze on the upper deck after dark. (Downstairs inside is probably air conditioned, not sure.) There is a full cash bar and some snacks. I suggest arriving early to secure a good spot on the boat. We arrived 40 minutes early and had plenty of seats to choose from. The upstairs deck is divided into a shaded portion in the front half and unshaded in the back half, your preference. The lower deck is inside with tables along tall windows and air-conditioned, I believe. Many people get up and walk around during the cruise (so if you feel like you got a less optimal seat, don't worry). The bathrooms are large, modern, and very clean. I wish I could comment on accessibility features, but I don't know. Perhaps that's elsewhere in the reviews but surely on their website.

The tour guide was full of information and corny jokes - as EJ said, "his jokes get better the more you visit the bar." The bartenders were friendly and generous. The boat was not overcrowded and the bathroom was clean. We enjoyed our tour, and it was a beautiful day; we literally felt like tourists learning all about the infrastructure and mansions along the intercoastal.
