absolutely worst clinic I went to. horrible front desk services. This place has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I had a root canal retreatment done by an endodontist and needed to start my crown prep. I already had a filling scheduled for the opposite side of my mouth and attempted calling them several times on different days through out the week. Their call center system is a disaster. It took me over a week just to get through to the actual office because they never answer. I called them multiple times to switch that appointment to my crown instead because otherwise I wouldn't be able to eat on either side or at least give me a temporary crown, I didn't want to waste the money I spent on my root canal and have it exposed without a temporary crown. The front desk flat out refused every single time and wouldn't even offer a temporary crown. When they didn't agree, I just showed up to my filling appointment and explained everything directly to the dentist, she immediately agreed with me and said it made no sense to do the filling first. She canceled the filling and placed a temporary crown -- proving that my concerns were valid the entire time. Then weeks later they said my impression had to be redone. The earliest appointment that worked with my schedule was January 13th. I got a reminder call the day before but was never told my appointment would be canceled if I didn't confirm in the voicemail. They didn't send me a text message to confirm my appointment. i was at work when they called. I took time off work, showed up on time, and was told my appointment had been canceled without my knowledge. I was left sitting there for over two hours while they tried to "figure it out" -- and then told me they still couldn't see me. This entire experience was exhausting, stressful, and completely disrespectful of my time and health. I trusted them with my dental care and they made every step harder than it needed to be. Truly unprofessional. Everyone I showed up to clinic, it was always exhausting and they always had an issue. i highly don't recommend this clinic. It's not even a clean space. read more

Waiting here for 2-3 hours. They let others get pulled into the back. They had someone who had an appointment at 2 go before us. We have and appointment at 11:30. What kind of bullshit is this? Stop overbooking if you can't handle it. And next time your staff purposely hurts the inside of my mouth i'll beat the crap out of them why would you give me the kind of care you won't do on yourself. Another thing on that don't have your staff be telling you "oh he's saying he can't wait" behind the counter. How about you actually get stuff done, don't overbook, don't horse around, don't be eating behind the counter and hiding every time someone sees you and get your appointments done ON TIME. Brought my grandson here for insurance reasons last month with Abscess. Was prescribed amoxicillin and told to return June 21@1:00 . Arrived 12:45 and receptionist said he had no appointment. Luckily another receptionist showed up and they had to enter him in their "system" More paperwork and still waiting an hour later. Other folks leaving because they're taking so long after their appointment time Do not recommend!!!! 3.5 hours later we finally leave with 2. More appointments needed. read more

This is the best place ever!! When I first walked in I was greeted by 3 lady's at the front. They were very helpful and answered any and every question that was given to them. When this sweet young lady came to the door and called my name I was greeted with a friendly demeanor and she was genuinely happy to be there. She weighted me and I went to the X-ray room. The girl who took my X-rays and told me it does feel uncomfortable. She educated me on the X-rays along with doing them as quick as possible. Once we were done taking the X-rays she showed me my seat and I was greeted by the hygienist. She went above and beyond to clean my teeth. She had did a deep cleaning on my teeth along with showing me what spots I'm missing and how to get back there good. When everything was all said and done. The doctor came to me and he was super nice and made sure to let me know that if I need anything to call Allington dental and they will help me. That day I got to get my fillings done and I didn't get the same doctor from before I had gotten this really nice lady doctor. She was super duper precise and made sure I knew what I needed. Waited 2 hours for my child to be seen, I was told he couldn't haven't anything to eat for 8 hrs before the visit. imagine a 3 year old sleeping all night & still not being able to eat at 1:30 PM !!!! the lady was rude & once i told her something she kept rolling her eyes how professional. read more

I just came from what I thought was going to b a simple cleaning.... not!! Lol! I did t want X-rays. But I had to. New patient and insurance won't pay.. so.. I got a full mouth full of 19 X-rays. Gag! Lol! But that was done plus a panoramic ray of the mouth. My cleaning was done with tools n some type of tools with water. But not a water jet. Once the mouth was scrapped of its junk, the hygienist flossed my teeth and then polished my teeth!!! I feel like it was a full comprehensive cleaning exam. Well worth the time and my insurances money!! The staff were extremely, patient and extremely professional in their approach in the back of the dental clinic. Very kind. Was not too happy with the brash way I was talked to by the front staff over the phone.. but all and all the visit was a very positive one. I just moved here and was looking for a dentist, but everyone I called in this town did not except my insurance. I loved my old dentist, but I knew it was going to be sometime before I could go out of town due to some health issues. I went to this crap place, and the first red flag was when I gave them my name they still misspelled it. The second red flag is they did not know what they were doing when they took my x-rays. The third red flag was when I got my bill. Coming from a medical background the first thing you are taught to do is to check and see what insurance will and will not pay for. Obviously not these idiots. I guess they just have yes and no boxes and just check yes. I called my insurance company to find out what procedures they pay for and to get the codes for the procedures done. My insurance company told me the procedures they pay for. One x-ray I knew I would have to pay out of pocket, but the other x-ray no other dentist had done on me. My insurance company also told me they don't know why this company would do the same full mouth x-ray twice because both procedure where the same, but different dental codes. I spoke to some fool in the billing department, and I told her what my insurance company said. She told me she will speak to the people, and someone will call me back. I never got that call back. So I would like you guys to know you can kiss my butt $361 times. If you really care about yourself and family save yourself sometime and money before you go to these people. read more

Allington Dental's billing office is a complete joke. I used them for 2 years with all three of my children, and am the primary insurance holder for all three of them. One time, my ex-husbands wife took them for their appointment, and then all of a sudden her name appeared on the texts i received and the phone calls. I asked them multiple times to get her name off of the documents, as she's not the insurance holder, and not the parent and they said they would, and never did. Every piece of mail i got had her name on it, and every text i had was addressed to her. When they called, they asked for her. For the first YEAR i simply asked them each time to take her name off, and explained i'm the insurance holder, and i have custody of them, and they said they would contact the billing office to have it changed. After 2 years of this, i got fed up enough to just use a different dentist. I cancelled my kids last appointment two months ago and never heard anything else from them. (They initially asked why i was cancelling and I brought up the fact they can't seem to get the right name on anything and i'm sick and tired of being called by my ex-husband's wifes name. How she was even added to their system is beyond me. Another odd thing, is every time we would take the kids up there we would ask if there was any money owed so we could take care of the bill, and were told that was handled separately. They were not organized with their billing system, as they would send bills 3-4 months later from the appointment date. I never thought anything of it, i just paid it when it came, UNTIL a 100.00 bill i never received went to collections. (no call from Allington explaining i even owed a bill, and i never received a paper copy of this one. A debt collector called saying they were hired on behalf of Allington, and I immediately paid the 100.00 bill, explaining that if this was the last correspondence i got in regards to that dental office, it was worth it just to never have to deal with them again. 0/5 stars. Their attitude was horrid, they never fixed anything on the billing, and put me in collections after 2 years of paying on time, when i never even knew i had a 100.00 bill. THANKS ALLINGTON! I tell all my friends to use a different dentist and they agree that the whole thing was completely unprofessional. I can take my kids anywhere else in town for a cleaning. And plan to do so. read more

The staff at this location are very rude and unprofessional. This dentist office was basically bought and renamed (formally KOOL SMILES), but the attitudes and less than good service is still the same! If you care about the business treating you like a valued customer/patient, this is not the place you should bring your loved ones. Search other options in the area, there are many! read more
