All you pay is the membership fees listed on their website. No equipment fees or maintenance fees ever! The staff is diligent, personable and knowledgeable about all of the equipment and gym rules. There is a sanitizing team that cleans daily, and equipment is very well maintained. It feels open and airy, lots of space to work out. Does not feel cramped and stuffy. The employees are hired for nose rings and wild colored hair and not for doing their job or experience. You pay 220 a month and all they do is hijack you for more money all the time. They double dip once they sell you a membership with lots of features and then they rent out those features and amenities to people that pay more, so you can't use what they sold the membership as, a classic bait and switch. The pool is great but you can only use when they are not reserving it for private use and lessons. The pickleball courts are great but you can only use them when they are renting them out for lessons, leagues and other money making events. I always feel like a sheep waiting to get fleeced by the employees trying to make quota on revenues. Buy this supplement, take this class, buy this lesson, try then drink, smh. They create an adversarial relationship with their so called "guest" by using them and not appreciating them. You are not a valued customer, you are "Mark" that has been lured in with fast talk so they can get access to your wallet. Once they get your membership, they could care less about your experience and use of facilities, now they want money to buy the use. While I respect the facility's policies, some prospective members may appreciate the ability to see the facility before visiting. I was present when my wife signed up for a couples membership on March 4. Shortly after, we needed…read moreto cancel because we are relocating out of state. When we asked about canceling, a staff member advised us via text that we needed to wait until the first payment drafted before canceling. Because of that instruction, the cancellation ended up being outside of the three-day rescission window in the contract. When we tried to resolve the issue and explained that we followed the guidance given to us, the refund request was still denied. What's frustrating is that we have the text message showing the instruction we were given, and the membership and sessions were never used at all. We also asked for corporate contact information to have the situation reviewed at a higher level, but were told the billing department was the only contact available. Very disappointing experience with how this situation was handled.

But, if you're 6' or taller you'll have issues with the size of the interior sweatbox. I am 6' and had issues every time. It's just not tall enough for stretching overhead or long enough when you have to lay down. Don't get me wrong, I loved the workouts and the sweating, but besides the interior dimensions, the instructors were just alright as you can tell they were not sweating as much as I was which was a bit unsettling to me. Are they truly really pushing and sweating in a box-like I am? I doubt it because it doesn't look like it and that in and of itself of off-putting to me. Still, I had issues with the dimensions. Not sure who designed them and what they were thinking...? I had signed a contract for three months (as you have to when signing up or unless you go visit to visit) and planned on stopping after three months anyway because of this very issue (the size) no matter how much I enjoyed the workout itself and the sweating. But, since we are moving I had to cut my time short. The cancellation process (as they always are anywhere) was a bit frustrating though the staff was super helpful. It's just the process that's all. Yes, I'm a fan of working out and sweating a lot, but not in a sweatbox that I do not fit and I would prefer to feel like the person instructing is really working out as well especially if you're in a sweatbox like that.

All of the Coaches do a great job to push and encourage you, making themselves available if you have questions or concerns. From a member perspective It is VERY much a non-intimidating environment and you will feel comfortable attending and participating as much or as little as you like. Weekend sessions do get busy, but I have had a 100% success rate in clearing any waitlist and joining a session. All I can say is come give it a try - and there isn't any bouncers at ROW House
