The dogs NEVER got fresh water and I caught some of them going through my things! 1 actually got loud with my dogs! My dogs got so stressed they now have behavioral issues. There's no one to complain to because the owner doesn't want to deal with it or worse, spins it! She doesn't respond to emails or text if she doesn't like what's in them. We moved from the North End to Charlestown and were upset to lose our crazy but wonderful dog walker (Chip, for those of you in the North End Waterfront). When we moved we ran into a fellow schnauzer owner who recommended Lauren and her team for our daily walks. Super Pup is reasonable and competitive ($10 for 20 min, $14 for 40 min). We generally pay for the 40 min and I know that often Logan is at the park for much longer - which is awesome! I love that puppy-playtime isn't interrupted because the "bell rang". He is always tuckered out when we get home and I know he is getting great exercise. They give me the "small-town" feel...the owner is often the walker that comes by and they really only handle about 30 or so dogs, so you know your pup is getting the attention they deserve! They also always leave a note to let you know what they did for the day and offer monthly billing, which I think is easier than paying daily. They're always accomodating if we call them off because we are working from home.

Furthermore, she began to lose her sight, but they found a way to comfort her. I was grateful for the care they provided. However, I was not notified of another fur baby being in their care of while Nunu, our fur baby was in their care. Given the circumstances, I would have chosen another provider. We had to cancel a scheduled trip in March, but they were handsomely compensated. We did a meet and greet for our "new" fur baby. All seemed well until our April trip. It was a disaster. This business has potential. It's common courtesy to give you notice of other fur baby visits, especially if you have a male which marks territory. Secondly, if you have an injured ankle, walking a dog is problematic. We were not notified of Fred relying on crutches poses a dilemma, but we brought Nunu's stroller. Their heart is in the right place, but scheduling must be a priority especially with dogs as their deneanor cannot be predicted. By the way, Nunu, the the female weighs a mere 5 lbs. while male weighs 10 so their size wasn't the issue, but they placed the ownace on my husband and me. I wish them well. Eventually, their pet care will be fine. Just be honest.

I drop off my cat and smells like the place hasn't been cleaned since the early 2000s. None of the staff were friendly and had rbf but I still had a positive attitude. They call me an hour and half later to let me know she's ready (I thought wow that was quick). I take her home and her nails are still long and her paws weren't even trimmed. My cat doesn't even smell like shampoo. Talk about scammers.

The groomer took no responsibility for this and didn't seem to care. I took my cat immediately to the Veterinarian and they said that she needed stitches, as well stated that the wounds were fresh and looked like they were done with clippers.
