I had some work done and noooo thank you, they had to come back and fix part of the mess left from the painter, i had to call the pool deck people to fix part of their mess after they used the water pressure to get the paint off the deck causing holes and cool deck to come off and this is one year old deck . They did not use cloths to cath debries after scraping so all this is still around my backyard , pool and brand new air conditioning machine just installed in March , they did not cover windows or doors and nothing was taken off from the rimaning balance for not using the tape to mask the windows and doors.The person that give me the estimate , never came to see what was going on. About three years ago our dreams came true and we became homeowners. We purchased a house in Henderson that was part of a development of starter homes. The house was 7 years old at the time we purchased it and the brutal sun had taken its toll on our home. Stucco was cracked, paint was chipped and faded, the beams were fading. I had continued to put off painting as I wanted to focus my finances on other projects but the home paint job continued to be on my mind. In selecting a painter I was always told to get multiple bids and select from these. Attempting to research home painters is very overwhelming, there are so many companies in the area and it just seemed like a huge hassle to meet with lots of people, have them over at our house to look and make bids. I initially found All Pro on yelp and was surprised by all the positive reviews, and the professional response to the negative ones. I made a call on a Thursday afternoon and was set up with an appointment the following day. Jeff came on time walked the property with me. I explained what I was looking for, painting, stucco touch ups, and finally satellite dish removal. There were two satellites on our house and they have been a nasty eyesore since the purchase. We do not use the service and I wanted them off. I had tried to take them off myself but got scared when I got up high on the ladder. Jeff explained they would take off the dishes for us. We were also given a clear explanation of what was included, power washing, stucco repair, caulking. They even included raking the rocks/desert landscaping back. A couple days later I received an email with an outlined estimate of everything that was included. In conversations during the estimate I was told they are not the cheapest place in town, but pride themselves on high quality work. On the day of the painting the project manager came to meet us, the estimator came back and introduced us to the two gentlemen who would be working on the home. The first day and a half were spent with prep/ covering the windows/power washing. Following the painting commenced. The painters were great as they gave clear communication to us on when they could arrive the next day and would alert us to when they were leaving. Overall the finished product is amazing. The house looks better than ever, and with the satellite dishes removed I could not be happier. They even pained the gate that leads into the back yard. The quality is excellent, I could not be more satisfied. I am glad I stuck with this company and did not waste the time to get multiple bids. The impression given by Jeff during the estimation process gave me the confidence to select this company. Home painting is something to definitely spend some extra funds on for a quality job. I have full confidence the paint job will last at least another 10 years. The staff was friendly and actually seemed to care about the work they were doing. His professionalism was lacking ("hey man..", "yo..") and did not provide any other details other than his business card (other professionals provided a folder with paint descriptions, their licenses, guarantees, and references). While their prices are comparable to other professionals, negative reviews have responses that deflect blame on everything but the company and/or their workmanship. The on-site painters, Carlos and Anna may not be proficient in English but what they lack in linguistic skills they more than make up for in painting expertise and professionalism. They painted our home meticulously and flawlessly, never once being hampered by circumstances that would have challenged mere mortals such as: a) edging that did not overlap and was as precise as if it had been executed by a machine; and b) high walls that could only be precariously painted on an extended ladder. Their professionalism was amply demonstrated by the fact that the paint coating was uniformly even throughout the house regardless of whether it was on high walls, tight corners, wall/ceiling junctures or rounded surfaces. Worst patch and paint job! We hired them to repair walls after a plumbing repair was needed. We do not live there, but were assured the job was complete and done correct, so we paid. When we saw the work, it was horrible. The patch and paint were terrible. The patch in the office was so obvious, it looked like a 5 year old did it. The other was in a closet and they didn't even bother to paint over the entire patch. We tried to work it out with them directly, but they would promise to make it right, and after many non returned calls and empty promises, months later, we hired another contractor to do it right. We had our ceilings painted by Miguel. Ultra detailed taping and sealing of the room, and he didn't rush anything. The end result was so good it looked like we had a new ceiling and not just paint. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There was no prep of any area. My explanation would be that we have paint splatter/dots everywhere. Paint was on wall plates, window treatment hardware, windows, piano, ceiling and all over the floors. Yes, that's right, no removal of hardware, or protection with tape, or plastic draped over belongings. Tape was not used for ceilings or baseboards unless you are watching and reminding the painter to do so. Not to mention areas you don't want painted; they'll get painted too. We can still see the previous color of walls bleeding through and baseboards are a mess. We could go on and we took pictures of everything. read more

Needed to get a 20 year old home painted due to HOA. Obtained multiple bids - AllPro was not the lowest, but their bid seemed accurate based upon square footage of the exterior. Joey was the primary painter on the job and did excellent work. He made sure that all our concerns were addressed and was willing to put in long hours to get the job done. Very Professional! Miguel and Gabby were fantastic! They showed up early and ready to work even on a cold windy day! My husband and I hired them to paint the trim on the house. The cost was $450 which is fair and average for all the estimates I called around for. I found this company by luck! I actually hired a company last week called all pro handyman that was not licensed who took money upfront and did half the job then left! My husband called All pro painters to see if they were affiliated with the other company. They are not!! Paul came out right away to give an estimate and see the bad job that was done before they got here. Miguel worked so hard all day! Recently had the exterior of my house painted. I had a very pleasant experience with the painters and estimators that came to my house. The problem I have is the actual office that you deal with. I was told when I booked my painting that the estimator would come back to my house after the work was done to do a walk thru inspection and make sure everything was done properly. Nobody ever called. I was also told I would receive a bill in the mail after the walk thru so I could pay. Never received a bill even though I never had a walk thru. Well about two weeks after they finished the work I received a rude phone call from their front office telling me I needed to pay them immediately. I told the woman on the phone the situation of the walk thru and no bill and she started to argue with me! She also said we need your money immediately since we have finished the work. So I asked for a walk thru and she said 'I will email you a bill. how will you be paying?' What the heck? Still two months later no bill and no contact to schedule a walk thru even though I have called to set it up and request a paper bill. I am now receiving calls again about needing to pay 'immediately'. I don't know how much I owe you! How am I to pay you? Nobody will tell me how much I owe... Very strange. Also, how am I to pay you since you charge a fairly high percentage fee for using my credit card. The whole situation is unbelievably unprofessional! Sadly, for them, I need more things painted at my house but will not use them again!! read more

They were very professional arrived on time. They prepped the areas to paint and carefully covered furniture etc that was near the area being painted. I need estimates for interior home repairs and exterior paint from a licensed contractor. A rep. from AllPro came out December 5th. Here it is December 20th, I had to contact them because they never bothered to contact me or send any estimates. Tonight their reply was to turn me down altogether using a rather poor excuse as to why. This leaves me in the aggravating position of having to find another contractor quickly and possibly having to take off work early to accommodate yet another estimator's schedule. Had these guys come out and fix my poor attempt at texturing my own walls after some plumbing leaks. Paul Good came out and gave me an estimate that was were I expected it should be. His guys came out the week after and even though I told them not to worry about making a mess on the floor because it's getting torn up in two weeks and redone, they still covered everything and were careful to keep everything clean. Paul told me texturing was an art work and I have to say, he's got some pretty talented artist. I can't tell where my beginner looking patch job use to be. The two painters, Andy and Joey, from AllPro were great. This is a 22 year old house, it looks brand new. Today they were painting in the wind and still did a great job. It only took them 2 days to make the outside of my house look new. Great job from beginning to the end.
