I gave all the details, asked if they were insured, etc. I did not need electrical work done as it is a solar fan. On April 28th, received confirmation that they spoke with their insurance company and they are cleared to come out and do an estimate. They came out on May 1 to do the estimate. Came inside my home, went up into my attic, etc. I scheduled to have the job done May 14th. Today, May 11th, I received communication that they will need to cancel and they are not able to do the work because "their insurance company did not clear them on a 2 story home." Something seems fishy on that. I sent a message to the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs to look into this company and their insurance. I would steer away from using this company......
