Do not take your vehicle to this place. They do not stand behind their work. I had a stinger radio installed and had issue from day one. I had to take the vehicle back to them 3 times in a week because the tech did not know where the Apple car play cable needed to be connected. I had to show them how to do it. Also forgot to install the antenna and subwoofer. 5 months later had an issue with the radio due to their poor installation work. The radio cause issues with the jeep computer and caused the vehicle not to start. I spoke to Adam the manager who seemed very helpful on the first day. But everything went down hill after that. They had the vehicle for a week and basically did very little work on it. I had issue getting in contact with Adam and when I finally got him on the phone he told me he had contacted Stinger for a replacement unit. A week passed with no updates. I finally got a hold of Adam again after he would not return my calls. I told him, basically not giving me much information on the status of the replacement which seemed odd and tried to push me to just purchase a new radio. I told him I would give him another week and if nothing was done I would escalate this issue. Instead of a week, I gave him two weeks and I'm these two weeks I heard nothing back from him. Once again, left multiple calls and only got him to call me back after I told him I would file a lawsuit if the issue was not resolved, instead of attempting to resolve the issue he basically told me he could not work with me. From the beginning I told him. All I wanted was great customer service by getting follow up calls on the status of the replacement radio. I also never provided proof that he ever reached out to Stinger. Stinger had no record of a call with this place. He basically told me he would not do anything for me. Stinger would not work with my directly either which is something I told him as well. Stinger said they would only work with the shop that installed the radio. Lucky for me I found another shop that would help me. They contacted Stinger and in 2 days I had the radio replaced and it is working as expected. The shop that replaced the radio was shocked with how AllSouth did the install of the radio. Wires were all over and pinched which could have caused the issue to begin with. Schedules are a nightmare. My truck cap arrived and it was a month before it was installed. Workmanship is sloppy. Truck cap was dirty. Customer service is bad. Customers are not treated well. We pull a bumper pull trailer with our Ram 3500 and found the so called 32 gallon diesel tank to be inadequate. Researched all the alternatives and settled on the Titan 50 gallon replacement tank. The guys at Allsouth confirmed that the tank would work in my truck configuration. They also added what the changes would be to fuel gauge, miles to empty and MPG (no change). They set an installation date, installed the tank, filled tank to confirm proper install. Very professional, fair price, performed as advertised. Will definitely use them for any future work. I've got an FJ Cruiser and this is one of the few locations close to Atlanta that does custom work on them - best of all (unlike their main competitor south of the city) they actually respond to phone calls or emails for quotes. These guys have (in my opinion) always gone out of their way to provide great service at a great price. My Toytec lift, Smittybilt winch, snorkel and front bumper were all installed there. As an added perk - these guys are time efficient. Once you've got a date on the schedule, the work is done on time and your vehicle is back in your hands. I'm a Jeep guy and have invested a fair chunk of my money in upgrading it. When I went to do my lift kit, tires and wheels, I spec'd out what I wanted and then talked about 6 different shops in the Atlanta Northside area. I was looking at not only price, but reputation and QUALITY install. I spent about a month getting quotes and talking to people before making my decision. Allsouth won out on every criteria. Danny was not only helpful and professional, he had the best price. All the reviews were awesome and I couldn't really find anyone who had anything negative to say. Ok - now cut to about a week after my build was done. I had what I considered to be a fairly serious issue with it. I traded E-mails with Danny who told me to just bring it back and whatever it took to fix it - they'd do. He wasn't kidding. They spent the ENTIRE DAY on this thing and didn't charge me a dime extra. He was even nice about the whole thing. There's tons of choices out there for places to have work done, but when something goes wrong - that's when you find out who's good and who's not. He seriously impressed me with his professionalism and positive attitude. He didn't even mention charging me for anything...just spent his own time and money to make it right.
