So far their response has been very good. Someone came out today, April 2nd, 2026 to do some further sealing and take a look in the attic. I will give an update once I have more information. It does seem like they honor their warranty. I'll keep you posted.

Daniel and Joseph were both very professional and responsive. They responded to our messages even thought we reached out past normal operating hours. The entire team is very experienced and efficient. Total roof only took about a week to fully complete. Daniel Sr went around the property throughout the day with a magnet to ensure that our pups would not be at risk of stepping on any nails, and the entire team was respectful of our property and kept things tidy throughout the job. Their bid was not the cheapest nor the most expensive bid we received, but ultimately it was fair and we do not regret our choice. If you have an older roof, I would budget an added 20%-30% on top of the initial bid price to leave room for any deck repairs and additional tile replacements that maybe needed. Overall, I was very pleased working with FR Roofing and would recommend them to friends and family.

Adam was super responsive and a great communicator. After scheduling a quick visit, they sent me a quick written bid that was clear and straightforward and priced very well and fair. They only recommended replacing what was needed. They said my patio and garage roof was fine and they advised that I only replace the roof for the main 2,000 sq. Ft house which saved me money. I have a great friend nearby who is a general contractor and he came by to inspect the work first hand as well and confirmed they did great. Adam all the paperwork, city inspections and their fees, he was in touch every day with me to update me on progress and the job was done on time and as scheduled. They cleaned up well and it was problem free! They did some extra cleaning of skylights, touch up painting of gutters and even removed some wasp hives for free!

Definitely recommend having Andy as your project manager; he kept everything direct, clear, and detailed. Pricing wise, they sat right in the middle, but what stood out was their policy to swap out rotted roof decking without tacking on surprise fees. I did have a few concerns toward the tail end of the job, but I brought them up to Andy and he resolved everything ASAP. Glad to have a fresh roof over our heads, but we'll see how it holds up once the heavy rains hit. Will update later if anything comes up.

Jon Keller Roof Company CA State License # 741945…read more909-980-8075 I'm kind of cheating in writing this review, because I've had the advantage of a few satisfied neighbors who have used Jon Keller to remove all their concrete tile and re-paper their roofs. I want to start by saying I have learned the hard way to do my research before laying out hundreds--or thousands of Dollars. Jon Keller is the best there is--Bar None... We own a two-story home with a very steeply pitched roof. The last winds threw a broken tile off the roof. I decided to assess for additional damage and found a couple more broken tiles, some that slipped, and dry rot in an outer corner. It had been repaired by a handyman a few years ago. The handyman I had hired only replaced a couple feet of facia in each direction which meant that the spliced boards now gave little support for the weight of the concrete tiles--resulting in a bad droop and the return of dry rot. This time, I was determined to hire a proper roofer to do my repairs, so I called Jon Keller. Attention to details: Jon used some of the best quality lumber I have seen in a very long time. I pre-painted the wood before having him install it--much easier than painting overhead after install, and it wraps all end-grain. As it turned out, I had 13 broken tiles and a couple of rake-tiles missing. Every time I've talked to a roofer about replacing tile on my 32 year old house, they warned me that they could not get the same tile--not made anymore. Jon has hundreds of my exact tiles (Gray Super-shake) in stock--he has them in brown as well. I watched as Jon carefully removed quite a bit of tile, the old spliced facia boards and shiplap underlayment boards. He thoroughly cleaned the areas to be repaired by blowing off all the dirt and debris buildup before beginning to re-install the facia and tiles. Jon replaced 20 feet of facia with 1"by 3" cleat to repair my drooping corner and several shiplap pieces. He carefully removed the old boards at previously spliced areas without damaging the wood that had to remain in place. He replaced all the wood, slid new paper under the old, sealed where necessary and was very meticulous in making sure the roofline and corner were perfectly straight. Jon and his roofing partner walked my entire roof, replacing broken tiles and blowing all the pine needles and debris off the roof that had built up over a few years. They sealed and painted all the pipes, corrected the runoff of a poorly placed rain gutter, and to my amazement, Jon checked every single one of my rake tiles--hammering in nails that had worked loose. I felt he had done quite a lot of work for the $900.00 I spent tuning up my roof. Jon Keller is a licensed professional with decades of experience. He started exactly when he said, worked hard and finished the same day. I will call him for all my roofing needs from now on. Jon does All Types of roofing--by the way... Most sincerely, Bruce Wilson

I've been meaning to write this review for years, so here it goes-- I can't recommend this company…read moreenough! The associate who first came to assess our roof and give us a quote was super informative and respectful. There was no "hard sell" and he patiently answered all of our questions even though we were in the middle of other renovations and told him we wouldn't be making any decisions that day. He said "no problem" and sent us the quote to look over. Two months later we booked the job and were thrilled with the results. The whole process was easy and exactly what you'd expect from a good roofing company. They showed up exactly when they said they would, did a wonderful job and cleaned up before they left. Four years later our gutters started to leak. Mind you, this company sub-contracts out the gutter installation, so it technically wasn't their mistake. Specialist Roofing & Repair sent out a supervisor and fixed the issue-- no charge, no delay. All under warranty. They are a WONDERFUL company that does a great job and treats their customers with respect. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Let me just start by saying I'm a researcher. When I look for quotes, I first check Google to see…read morewhat the average price of my expected repair will cost, then get multiple quotes and compare both scope of work and cost. Upon initial inquiry, Specialist Roofing & Repair was pretty quick to reply, so I scheduled a consultation. One odd thing is, when I scheduled, they asked if the would be seeing both my husband and I or just me; I find this a strange question as what if I wasn't married? It is awfully assumptive to think I had to have a husband, but I digress. Noah was scheduled to perform the inspection. He was running a bit late and called about 5 minutes after our scheduled time letting me know he ran into some traffic and would be about another 5 minutes or so. He showed up 20 minutes later and it was the oddest thing, he parked in my driveway. When he came up to the door he asked if it was okay and I said okay, but honestly, I found it really strange and just didn't want to prolong the appointment. Upon inspection, he seemed very knowledgeable and personable and did a pretty thorough inspection taking pictures and videos of the roof and surrounding areas. As mentioned, I am the type to obtain multiple quotes, so I expected that after he did the inspection, we would go over his findings and a few days later I would receive a quote. After he did the inspection, he showed me a video of something the other roofers didn't, which was nice as I like a thorough job, but then said he would be in touch with a quote. I received a phone call a few days later asking to discuss findings, but when I called back, I got an AI bot which was then followed up by a call back from a real person. Oddly enough, when they called, they literally said nothing. They asked if it was a good time to talk and I said yes but they wanted to talk when "my husband was around." Even though I said it was a good time, they said they would call back. I followed up via Yelp message. It has been over a week and I have yet to receive any quote from them. Needless to say, I won't be going with this company. They aren't willing to work with just a woman and are unresponsive.
