The hot wings were thick, well-seasoned and reasonably priced. The salad was fresh and the grilled chicken on the salad was also well-seasoned. It was big enough for two people to share. I have had a horrible experience with All Star 64 (Bartlett). I did an online order for 150 whole wings that I prepaid $352 for. This was 3 hours before an 8:30 pm pickup. When I went to pickup my order the location was closed. There was no phone call or anything. If the location is closed for the day, then online ordering should be turned off. We ordered DoorDash from yall at 8:10ishpm tonight and per DoorDash I had until 8:30 to submit my order. If you didn't want to take orders past 8pm change your DoorDash settings for your store. I am now having to figure out dinner for my family at 8:30 at night since you cancelled it at 8:25pm & that won't take an hour to get here. Our order was wrong the last time we ordered from here and now this. Yall have great food but clearly are lazy as hell and don't want to do the job you're paid to do. The cook was back in the back and we saw each other because we locked eyes on each other, he just rung the bell. I explained that I needed to use the bathroom, she said that they go next door to Domino pizza to use the bathroom, they don't mind. I said ma'am, I am not patronizing them, why would I go next door to use their bathroom. I just saw you come from the back where the bathroom was and you said you were back there changing your shirt (s/b blouse female). I also want to address the party wings, two of my wings were so small, I would at least gave my customer an extra one or two to keep customers coming, we help pay your bills. The previous owner realize the size of the wings were not up to par and gave at least 2 extra. Great customer service, they cared about their customers as well as keeping their business rating up. Initially I had great experiences, but when the cashier changed my experiences changed. The young woman with the dreads gives horrible service. She is rude, listen to music and sings out loud while taking your order, and is very sarcastic. The last time I said I wouldn't go back, but I tried it again & did not get different results. I can no longer support this business and the bad customer service, primarily of the owners' daughter Tashara. I called to place a call-in order. The phone was answered, but no says anything. I held the phone for about 1 minute before someone hangs up the phone. They never say "hello" or ask me to hold. I call back, same thing. Got there, there was a guy who wanted to order "hot seasoned" wings. She rolls her eyes and says "We don't have hot seasoned". The guy questions her, asking "ya'll don't have a dry seasoning that's hot?" She looks at him like she has no clue what he's talking about and says "no". Me and another customer helped the guy out and told him it was the "spicy seasoned" he probably wants. He thanked us and continued to order. The other customer who was witnessing how rude she was to this guy began to comment on how rude Tashara was to her as well and how she wouldn't even say "hello" on the phone and she had to keep calling back. I was shocked to hear that she had not only done this to me, but this lady as well! It is not acceptable for any business to not greet a customer on the phone with a simple "hello" or "may I have your order please". It's common courtesy and telephone etiquette. It should not matter how busy you are. You would not have a business if not for paying customers. To hold the phone in silence and assume the caller is going to say "hello" or yell "go ahead with their order!" is rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. When I made it to the cash register to pay for my food, I paid with a credit card. I thought it was very weird that I never received a copy of my receipt to total and sign. I have been here several times before and have always received a copy to sign and total and leave a tip when I chose to do so. I witnessed customers before me signing and totaling their receipts so I this was very odd to me. I had more wait time before my food was ready. There was a lady sitting next to me that whispers to me, "Make sure you sign and total out your receipt" and with her facial expression I can tell that she may have heard or experienced something herself with extra charges possibly being added to her card. I immediately realize that this was great advice and it was definitely unusual to not have been given my receipt to total and sign as I usually am. I wait until Tashara is done with customers and return to the register and politely say, "Hi, I didn't sign and total my receipt." She says with a smirk "you don't have to". I say, "Usually I sign and total my receipt whenever I use my credit card." She says "We ain't gonna do nothing but throw it away at the end of the night." This is crazy to me because I witnessed her give other customers their receipt to total and sign so why not me? I say, "Well I would prefer to." She puts a nasty look on her face and goes to where she was collecting the SIGNED receipts and asks for my name. She hands me my receipt. I ask for a pen, total, and sign my name. I hand it back to her, she SNATCHES it out of my hand and holds it up in my face, balls it up, shoots it like a basketball into the trash and yells "DUNKED IT!" I assume she expected to get a confrontational reaction from me, but I am a business professional and will never stoop to the level of this poor, immature, unprofessional, nasty, rude individual. I ask her for her name and she replies "Tashara" and turns around and walks away. I attempted to reach the owner, her mother Tracy, at the Perkins location twice to share my experience and never received a call back after leaving my information. They left me on hold for several minutes and then hung up the phone. How can I expect anything better from the daughter when the location the owner works at is managed just as poorly?! I will no longer spend my hard earned money here or send friends, family, or clients. I will stick to Wingstop in the future. read more

They were pretty good. We got two 10 piece wings. They have whole wings only, no party wings. The honey gold sauce was my favorite of the 4 types of wings we ordered. The honey bbq was my second favorite. I didn't like the seasoned wings as much, preferred the ones with sauce. The prices seem kind of high but hey, I guess they have to make a living too. In short, it was good, I would go back. I love hot wings so I decided to give this place a try. The wings are fantastic. I always order the regular hot sauce for the wings. They have a great deal called the "All-Star Special" that includes 5 whole wings, regular fries, and a drink which was my favorite every time I went. Their food isn't always very consistent. Some days are better than the other. Some days the wings are fresh, and some days you can tell that they aren't the freshest. Also, the fries are inconsistent as well. They give you a healthy portion of fries some day, but also skimp you on other days as well. All in all it's a very great tasting wing place that I've been to over and over again. Now let's get into the main reason for my two star review... The service here sucks. One day, I decided to place an order and the lady who answered took my order. I had two orders to place but she hung up after I placed one, because she seemed to be in a hurry and didn't even give me the time of day to complete my second order. So, I tried calling back. Once I did, I was put on hold the first time for about 10 minutes. I decided to hang up and try again multiple times, but there was no luck. Finally, I got to the restaurant and saw that there wasn't anybody in there but one person! She was just doing very small tasks like stacking cups, and filling straws. This was why I was put on hold. Once I explained to her that I didn't get to finish my order, she asked for what it was that I wanted and I told her, but she made me repeat it back to her three times, because she couldn't hear what I was saying (maybe because she had her earbuds in)!So I told her my order in a loud tone of voice, and she said she was unable to serve me because I spoke louder than the three other times she asked where she didn't hear me and kicked me out! I was furious. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. There are cashiers here that are not personable. Out of the 5 cashiers that I've seen working, only 2 have been nice. As for the rest of them, their service is sub-subpar. I usually place a to-go order so by the time I get to the restaurant, my food is ready which takes about 15 minutes from the time of the phone call. She finally told me yes it was cooking....10 more minutes go by i asked can i pay for the order, her response was, "well i don't want to take your money and then have to refund you?"---So finally the order comes up...she then told me well i can't ring the orders up separately???? I told her she needs to do something because i was not placing all orders on one debit card---Her response was, "I apologize" ---I swear if she gave another pathetic apology one more time that clearly she doesn't mean i was going to scream!!! She finally was able to ring up the orders separately and to add insult to injury she and i exchanged words...the food was awful, cold, wings were soft, fries were hard!
