I have two disabled , elderly tenants with no air in 90 degree heat in Scottsdale. I call numerous times to report the problem. Now the company has A1 computer taking and taking my problems and complaints. Last year the office and owner were always in constant contact with me when problems occurred with my older HVAC system and their visits and repairs were performed quickly , even by Conrad, the owner. Now the service has deteriorated. No return calls while my tenants have no air conditioning . Two days now talking to an A1 computer, ridiculous. Maybe ownership has changed.

After several problems they replaced our whole unit. They applied the repair costs to the replacement which was amazing. They come out two times a year and inspect everything to make sure all in working order. We just had an issue with our blower motor and they came out within 34 hours and had everything back up and running. They don't oversell. They are funny nice and honest. They have always been kind to my kids and pets. I know there are a lot of good AC businesses in AZ but I will Always recommend Conrad and his staff.
