May 8th I was there at 9 am and out by 10 am ! I waited inside their nice clean office with water, AC and Wi-Fi and engaged with nice conversations with the owner and employees for a few minutes before they got busy. One major thing I really appreciated that they moved carefully all my stickers and decals which are very important as they are government ones and required to stay at my vehicle and regenerating them is a hassle!! In July 2025, Allstate Auto Glass replaced the windshield for my Volkswagen Tiguan for around $800. When I got it back, the adaptive cruise control was not working correctly and there was a fault message related to automatic headlights. The problem was that OEM glass was not used so it did not calibrate correctly. The store owner Vali offered to replace the windshield with OEM glass for another $500. Given the issues I already had with them, I didn't want to spend more at Allstate so I ended up getting the calibration issues fixed elsewhere. I trusted their expertise to fix this correctly the first time but was instead asked to pay more. Really disappointing. read more

I searched from Fredericksburg to Fairfax and so glad I found ALLSTATE AUTO GLASS, INC. After doing my due diligence for replacement of a windshield for my Infiniti QX80 only a couple companies gave me a warm fuzzy on who could do it properly! Needed not just replacement but "calibration" as well! Since it need replacement it was imperative to have it done right!!! ALLSTATE AUTO GLASS not only gave me a super competitive price but scheduled me for the next day! I did not mind the one hour drive it was well worth it! One of the many things I admired was the friendly office atmosphere, lot's of laughter between the phone calls and sensed a real TEAM environment! Upon my arrival I was informed the front moulding around the windshield may need to be replaced but they would try and keep it in tact! I was thinking 'O brother' a possible bait and switch BUT I had stinkin thinkin. They will not assume any responsibility for a bad work. Their response was, take the car to my shop and we can "help", but didn't assume any liability on a poor job done. I hired them to replace the rear sunroof (not mobile) of my KIA Sportage. They fail to remove all broken parts of the old glass and because of that the mobile sunroof can't work. Even more they left the mobile sunroof, that now don't work, with a small gap that causes wind to get in to the car when is closed. They charged me $500 just for labor because the replacement supposed to be a lot of work, but I was surprised when the Tech (only 1 person was working) told me was ready in almost less than an hour. Obviously he cut corners whit the results of a bad work. But they claim no responsibility right now. read more

I called this morning @ 7:30 AM I was offered an appointment for noon, at 9 AM, I received a call to ask if the tech can arrive earlier ,my answer was yes. Alex and Azar arrived @ 10:06 AM , these guys are the real pros, the got work, and in less that 50 Minutes the had installed the gleaned glass , replaced my parking sticker, cleaned the front seats and was ready to head to the next assignment. and then they were on their way. Came here to get my windshield fixed. His team broke off a piece of the plastic trimming and then told me it came in this way. There was a film left on my window as well and told me it's not his problem anymore. Go somewhere else it's not worth it. Update: The trimming on the side of the windshield is coming up after 1 day. Update: The owner called me very apologetically. He asked me to come by the shop next weekend (I won't have time through the week) and he said he'll rectify the issue. Pros: - Had a windshield in stock for my car - Had availability the same day I called them to install the windshield - 30-40 minutes to replace my windshield. Cons: - When I called and asked about brands of glass, owner stated they had a handful of non-OEM brands, and Carlite (which is essentially OEM). When I showed up, the did not have Carlite glass -The work is not the neatest. You can see in the pictures attached that the adhesive they use to glue adhere the windshields sticks out like a sore thumb on my white car around the perimeter of the window. They used too much glue on the driver side of the windshield, and it's painfully visible in the interior of the car. read more

Last week, I went to Allstate Auto Glass to have my back window repaired. After waiting patiently for 2-3 hours, I was informed that my car was ready. When I got in my car, I realized that one of the back panels that had been removed to put the windshield in had not been put back in place and was sitting on the back seat. I also realized that the cloth on the car ceiling was hanging down and blocking my view of the windshield. After I informed them of these two problems, the panel was put back in place. However, when I mentioned the issue with the cloth and the car ceiling, I was told that my car was old and that's why I had that issue. Had my car aged that much since I brought it to this business? I didn't have that problem before I brought my car to this business. I was then told how I could fix the problem that they caused. This is unacceptable and not a way to run a business. In response to the business owner's comment, I just wanted the work done professionally and unfortunately this business was unable to do that. Unfortunately had to get my windshield replaced on my 2017 Elantra today. I called 5-6 different companies last week in NoVa to get different quotes, and AllState had the cheapest/most fair price. Some of the other places I called were literally charging DOUBLE the price I ended up paying for at AllState. Call beforehand to make sure they have your specific windshield in stock (I didn't need to make an appointment, just had to come in before 5pm). They were professional, efficient, and friendly. I worked with Jackie with the pricing/quote on the phone and finished my transaction at the end with Vale (owner). If I ever need to come to replace my windshield again (hopefully never), I will definitely be coming back here. read more

I contacted Vali G to fix my 2016 F150 windshield, they send one guy with little experience, he left a huge gap in the seal, when it rained, the water came thru the window, damaged my computer system, resulted in 3 weeks with no car, thousands in damages, and further unknot damages. I called Vali to explain and ask for insurance information to file a claim. He basically said "not my problem". I have all my expenses, receipt, detail description of work, and many video I recorded during this process. I will gather all the bad review from here and give him his day in court. I initially requested a quote from AllState Auto Glass after my car window was smashed while parked in DC. I was surprised and actually impressed that a few minutes after getting the quote to receive a phone call from the owner around 8pm who said he could do the work for $300 and to bring the car over the next morning and they could replace it right away. I was actually on my honeymoon in Southeast Asia so I had a good friend drop the car off the next morning, right at 9am. AllState informed my friend while he was there, that they actually did NOT have the glass in stock, so they would have to order it and it would not be ready until Monday/Tuesday. Being that I was away, that was fine, although it did mean my friend had to pay for a metro ride back to DC. About an hour after dropping the car off, I get a call from the owner who tells me that despite already agreeing to $300, that it will actually be $450. At this I could already tell this was not a good situation and I had already gotten a quote from Safelite in the same ballpark, so I told him I did not want them to replace the window, and that my friend who was already back in DC at this point would come back out to pick the car up. At this point, the owner started getting hostile, despite the fact that he was no longer willing to do the work at the price he agreed to only AFTER having the car. Between the time my friend made it back out to pick up the car, I received two additional and unsolicited calls from the owner and about a dozen text messages. The first call, he tells me that another customer who is out of the country and has the same car happened to need the same window and it's already there, so he'll put the window he ordered for her in my car, but it will still cost $400. This seemed insanely fishy since I don't drive a super common car, and it was still $100 more than what he initially agreed to. I tell him my friend is already on the way, and that I still don't want him to do the work, which made him very upset. A few minutes later, he calls back AGAIN to tell me they are already replacing the window despite me repeatedly telling him not to do anything, and that he'll lower he price to $380. Same deal, feels like a scam so I tell him no, he gets upset, and hangs up on me. This time, I tell him I'm reporting the ordeal to Geico and writing a review which really set him off in an expletive filled rant. Clearly he did not want a bad review, so then I start getting text messages, each offering the lower the price incrementally and making it seem like they had already started doing the work (screenshot attached). I will point out, he eventually came down the original price we agreed on ($300), but I don't think it's worth it to deal with dishonest people like this so I continued to repeat that I did not want them to do anything and eventually stopped responding. What clearly happened here was that he agreed to a price either without checking stock or knew that he'd had leverage to raise the price once my car was already there and my friend was gone. I think his entire story about having another customers window was completely bogus, and he just fabricated the whole thing once I told him I was going elsewhere. The entire situation was incredibly frustrating, and I would not trust this shop to work on your car at all. They are aggressive, hostile, and worst of all, dishonest. read more

Please stay away from this business. The absolutely worst customer service i have had the misfortune to encounter to date. I had a technician scheduled to call over to fix my windshield, for which they requested to have the car moved to a shaded area to complete the repair. Great prices and good customer service on site. I liked the waiting room. It was not fancy but it was quiet, had Keurig coffee, tv, and it was nice and warm. Service was fast but I also came during a quieter time of day for them, times could vary. They had the window for my car is stock, thankfully, and I was able to get my car in the same day I called the shop, also the day after my car was broken into. My window now looks as good as new!
