I've purchased outdoor vinyl banners from AllstateBanners.com several times now and have gotten great vinyl banners from them. Their customer service is great, they ship the vinyl signs out quickly, and the banners last and last. I buy the outdoor vinyl banners from them to place out on the lawn of my business, which is at the corner of two busy highways, and this gives the public a better chance of finding out what I have inside my retail store. I make up vinyl banners for different product lines, complete with photos of the products, and place two of the vinyl banners outside. They let me down! And Lied!! I ordered about 50 or so banners... they all came out great except for 5. Allstate Banners I don't really know where to start!! The design your own banner option was phenomenally awesome and incredibly easy. I had my banner designed and ready to order in a matter of minutes, and the ease and accessibility of the design was second to NO ONE. I tried to design my own banner at other sights, and believe me, none where as easy, user friendly, and versatile. The ability for you guys to print high definition banners for the same, or less than what other companies charges for similar sizes was just remarkable. And the ability to choose what size banner you wanted, i.e. 3x7, 3x12, etc. was just so unbelievable helpful because almost every other site I looked at had set sizes that couldn't be adjusted. Lastly, the added benefit of having the person who is printing/creating your banner personally email you to let you know someone real is doing the job was very comforting. If I could give a zero, I would but unfortunately it won't allow me. We are an organization in L.A. We used their services and even paid 2 day shipping for 2 banners. When banners arrived. First banner the font was fine but the graphic (demented Power Puff girls) awful. The 2nd banner, as you can see from the pictures attached, had many scuff marks. I reached out to the company to get it resolved and they would not do it. huh? They said I waited a week to reach out to them, which I did not and have the emails and dates to proof it. I have never reached out to BBB but in this case I did. They came up with NO resolution. I did not ask for our money back but send us a better quality banner. Was a little delayed on this review, but, I can't say enough about Allstate Banners. I ordered a 3 x 6 vinyl banner with my logo. Fast turn around time (1 day) and very nicely done, exactly what I was looking for. The 5 stars also goes out to their service. UPS failed to deliver my banner to the correct business address the first time... Somehow they delivered to a business a couple doors down and I never knew about it. UPS told me it was a shipping info error and to contact the business (Allstate). Even though it was not Allstate's fault, they went ahead and shipped me out a new banner, the same day, which I received it next business day. It's things like that that make me really appreciate their business and would highly recommend them. I ordered a banner for my dad's 60th birthday from AllState Banners. It came out beautifully! I ordered a 2'x8' vinyl banner with grommets. Paid for quick shipping and it came right on time. Beautiful artwork, exactly how I designed online. Their website was user friendly and the process felt seamless. Great backgrounds to choose from also I had a little trouble saving my design and it got deleted, but that could've been my fault too. Apparently you have to *request* that your grommets be evenly aligned (on top and bottom) if your sign isn't evenly divisible by 2ft. Terrible customer service. Kept making excuses and having attitude and saying that I would need to request that the top and bottom grommets match in placement. They don't answer the phone or return messages or read emails. They also don't do returns. Obviously not doing business here again. read more

I ordered a 3'x5' exterior vinyl banner with a full size borderless image printed to use as a floor cloth in an exhibit. AllState was one of the few companies I found that could print custom sized banners. They offer to hem and grommet for free. The online platform offered an immediate validation of my order. I received an email the next day with a proof. I ordered the banner at 8:50PM on Tuesday, and had it in my hands (normal processing) by noon on Friday of the same week. Image quality and printing on the vinyl is good quality. my 3MB jpg reproduced/upscaled very nicely. The company kept me posted on progress at every step, so I knew right where things were. Color match to a print on my laser printer was very good. I'm very pleased with the product, and the service.Pricing was reasonable - actually quite competitive with big box competition, and self service was excellent. Ordered 6 banners, they came quick, One ripped due to the wind and I reordered a replacement. Allstate shipped a defective banner. Contacted them and they acknowledged defect and said they would replace it. They lied and never did. Now other poorly constructed banners and breaking. I just received my banner from AllStateBanners. They did an excellent job, and I'm very, very pleased with the quality! Although it's a general "reusable" banner with no dates, when I ordered it, I paid extra shipping to get it here a few days earlier than the standard shipping to make sure I'd get it before my event this weekend. When there was a mix-up -- for a few days -- ( because I never received an email reminding me that my proof was waiting for me to approve it before it went to production ), I was extremely upset because I knew that meant I wouldn't get my banner in time because I couldn't afford to pay for more of a rush on the shipping. When I noticed the problem, on Monday, and called customer support to express my disappointment and to tell them to just go ahead and ship it regular and refund me the extra I paid for shipping, I was told that my banner would still be done and at my house in time. I just got it today (Thursday). I can't tell you how nice it is to do business with such a company as theirs that made sure it all worked out. Thank you, so very much!
