The way the amount was explained was I receive a service, send in the receipt and get reimbursed. I was only able to use $300 of the set aside amount because it was only available for 90 days and it took more then 60 days to receive reimbursement. Despite my following up several times and constantly being dismissed. I am seeking the remaining set aside amount as a form of payment so I can continue to work through the pain from the accident.

I did not receive a response so I completed the information again - yet no response. I contacted them via phone and was connected with Juan Carlos. I provided all of my personal information to Juan, and he stated he would call me back. Needless to say, I did not receive a phone call back! I called back 48 hours later and left a message with his secretary to follow-up. She stated she would forward him the information but still no response! I gave them ample time to respond but I have decided to go with another insurance agency who was very friendly and helpful. Do not waste your time with Juan Carlos and Salegio Insurance Agency!
