This past weekend, my wife and I were looking at cars and it took much longer than expected. Upon finally agreeing upon the contract with the dealership, I noticed it was hours past Brians's office hours (on a Saturday). Feeling dejected we couldn't walk out with the car, I emailed him with the expectation of him responding on the following Monday. Within 30 minutes, he got me setup with a new car policy, a rate, and I was able to walk out with the car. A little about my background: I moved to Illinois back in 2010 after accepting a job offer. I came upon Brian after reading good reviews about him. Fast forward to 2020, he's been my agent through my first car purchase, my engagement ring coverage, my dog insurance, my first home purchase, and now my wife's car purchase. You can say he's been at my every major life milestone. A good insurance agent is there for you when you need them the most. He consistently responds in a timely manner and takes time to explain things through if there are any questions. Brian's done fantastic through the past decade. I actually don't live in the Northwest suburbs anymore but continue to use him due to my trust and confidence in his business.

Saw their "sign"/ more like human sized robot on the corner of Wacker and Washington in a midrise…read morewindow (it's almost worth the drive east past Wacker just to see the Gizmo Robot) and was currently seeking alternative insurance for my wife and I since I had recently left the hellhole I used to call work and was getting raked over the coals with the Cobra payment. I was previous paying $740 x month and Gizmo Health worked with me to get very similar coverage through the same provider for $265 x month. Yes - Gizmo was to save me $475.00 a month on almost IDENTICAL coverage THROUGH THE SAME PROVIDER (Blue Cross/Blue Shield). While I was submitting my information on their website last Sunday at 9:30pm, I got an e-mail from Chris. I know how to send automatically generated e-mails and what they look like. The e-mail that I received was "hand" typed, and specifically applicable to my situation. Chris explained that he was still in the office and was available immediately if I needed any assistance with my application. I chocked this up to a random employee working a random late night. Throughout the next week I realized that more than being the exception, this was the rule. Throughout the next week Kevin, who worked with Chris, was in constant contact with me about the current status of the application - answered all of my questions via e-mail within 15minutes of me sending them (even as late as 10:15pm on multiple occasions). I have NEVER experienced customer services like this. After working with Gizmo I literally want to remove all of my other five star reviews because this company has singlehandedly changed what I consider "five star service". I am sure you might question if I have affiliation with the company since I'm literally shouting from the rooftops about how amazing an insurance broker is. All I can do is request that you contact me for further assurances and/or contact them yourself. I ASSURE you you will be as blown away as I am.
