Getting to know when they reimburse the insured for submitted claims, where are the checks they claim they sent, how to stop payment on all those checks that were never delivered and reissue replacement checks etc., for two elderly gentlemen in their mid 80's with Alzheimer's is like talking to a stump. I make calls and get transferer to what I assume are answering service persons out of the country who cannot help me and place me on hod for excessive periods of time only to tell me all the mangers are too busy to take my call and to give them a date in the future when they will call me. Insurance companies control a large amount of the world's finances, and it is evident they plan to control those funds by delaying payment as long as they can by not putting an individual on the phone who is incapable of answering a few simple questions.
