But it's true, so whatever. They were very helpful. We did have to wait a bit still, but it was alright. My first visit was to complete 6 years back taxes which was complicated by my out of state and overseas income/expenses etc. Staff are knowledge and patient that helps you to remain relaxed. My returns were accurate and I had no issues with the IRS. This year's paperwork when as smoothly as always (although some of my documents were missing/delayed, they waited for me to provide them). I contacted this company to obtain a new car insurance policy and was deeply disappointed. I was…read morenever asked about what policy limits I was interested in or asked what my risk tolerance was. She asked for some very basic information and then found me the cheapest policy possible without obtaining all the relevant information from us and then acted irritated when I corrected her. Interestingly, even though my fact pattern changed drastically the same company was the cheapest. While this is possible, based on our interactions I was not convinced she was looking at multiple insurers as she claimed. When I said I needed to think about it and wasn't ready to pull the trigger that minute she became even more annoyed with me. At this point it became clear that Karen was only interested in getting her commission and getting out as quickly as possible. Ultimately if you're looking for a broker to help you figure out what policy amounts will actually be in your best interest and then search search to find you the best price this place is not for you.
