I called once and spoke to the agent about a small fender bender my son was in. Just to report it because the app is less than stellar. I was informed by the agent that I needed to handle that through the app or call the claims line. I don't really know what they do besides sign people up. They certainly do not help existing customers to explain anything. The office manager is a bit spacey and not good with people. Not trying to be rude but I do not know another way of stating it. We are looking at our options for other insurance now. There's much more I can state here but I'll leave it at that. I would not recommend this office at a minimum.
