I suspect if I had, I would have known about my new agent. What I thought I needed was a copy of my insurance cards for my auto policy emailed to me so that I could go through DEQ and not get a ticket should I get pulled over for speeding again. Turns out some junkie stole my catalytic converter and made a mess of the undercarriage of my vehicle and the financial damage was over $2,000.00. So naturally, I filed an insurance claim and filed a police report. Thing is, I delivered my vehicle to Everette Street Autoworks at 8:00 am just as I told the insurance adjuster I would and fully expected that adjuster to be there as promised to inspect my vehicle, approve the repairs so I could get the shop moving on the repair. None of that happened that day. I reached out to Joshua to express my frustration and he was able to get the claims process in motion. My vehicle is currently being repaired. We had a phone appointment set up to go over my current coverages yesterday before I was even aware of my loss. Joshua explained my auto and condo coverages to me in easy to understand terms.
