    I just got back to work after not being able to work for two months due to covid…read more I shopped all around and talked to several different insurance companies that work with dog groomers.(btw they are in Kahootz with several other insurance companies, but hid that knowledge from me- so a great deal of that research was wasted time because I was looking for quotes and services from what I thought were different companies) I was aware that I needed a special insurance that covers my van, bailee insurance for the dog, and would cover loss of wages if my van was out of commission for whatever reason. Well- my Van gets damaged and needs to be in the shop for two weeks. "It's ok-" I tell my partner.. "Zach Davis assured me that we're covered" Wrong! Apparently, Zach hooked me up with an insurance that would only cover my loss of wages if I was to incur damage at my address! If you can't understand the irony in this: I'm a mobile dog groomer- my house could burn to the ground and it would not affect my work.. Here is how I was mistreated: 1. I was tricked into thinking that several different looking insurance companies were all different, but found out later that they all work together- effectively wasting my time. 2. I was mislead into getting insurance that can't come anywhere close to helping me in the real world situation that I am now in. 3. Once I pointed this out, I got a quick "sorry you feel that way" and no wanting to make things right, just a suggestion to go somewhere else. (Keep in mind I lost two weeks of pay that I was just expecting would keep me above water after being down for two months.) 3. They refused refund the money that I have been exchanging for a worthless insurance after I cancelled-their reason for this is that If another claim was made, they would have to respond to claim if something was to arise when the policy was in place... I can sign a paper stating that no other claim will be made-then can I have back my stolen money?! I hope you all take this to heart and at least get a lawyer to read whatever the entity of - choice plus/the hartford/Pet careinsurance/pet biz insurance, etc. -wants you to sign Screwed over mobile dog groomer, Adam French

Zach is very knowledgeable and clearly explained all the relevant policies and contingencies. I was under a tight timeline, but Zach was able to get me set up on the spot after I decided on a policy he recommended best fit my needs. If you need insurance, Zach is definitely the one to call.     If I could give zero stars, I would. The only thing Breath Easy Insurance is giving me right now is…read moreproof that I technically "have" insurance, not actual support. I am extremely frustrated with the way my claim has been handled. On November 14, 2025, someone hit my truck on the right passenger side near the back tire at a fast station. I filed a claim the very next day (November 15, 2025). It took about a week just to receive an initial call back. I explained everything and was told they would contact the other driver's insurance and follow up with me. Then... nothing. After a full month of no communication, I called and left a voicemail. No response. Another month passed with complete silence until I was contacted by the other person's insurance company informing me that the driver is now claiming I hit him, which is not possible. Even the representative initially assigned to my claim agreed that the facts didn't support that version of events. I again tried contacting Breath Easy. Left another voicemail. No response. After another week, I sent a detailed email. Only then did I receive a reply stating they would contact the other person's insurance. It is now March 1, 2026, and there is still no resolution. The most frustrating part of this entire situation is not just the dispute, it's the complete lack of communication and follow-through. I have had to chase my own insurance company for updates while paying premiums every month. This has been months of unnecessary stress, wasted time, and zero proactive support. When you pay for insurance, you expect representation and advocacy, not silence. At this point, I expect consistent communication and a clear plan of action to resolve this claim.
