In February 2025 I got a letter from ADOT saying they hadn't received new Arizona insurance since registering my vehicle in December. I called this office ten times over four days with no answer. When I went in, they offered no solution saying there was some sort of issue, and I was forced to cancel my policy and switch to Geico. Terrible service and plain refusal to do their job forced me to leave this honest 1 star review.
