When I went in, they offered no solution saying there was some sort of issue, and I was forced to cancel my policy and switch to Geico. I am dealing with constantly shifting deadlines (somehow my annual deadline comes up every 11 months instead of 12) and misquoted rates from the company. We decided to stay with the office when Brandon Redfern stepped in, but the service has steeply declined since and we rarely (if ever) saw Redfern himself. In recent years the office seems to be staffed solely with kids who are poorly trained and unprepared to assist folks with insurance. The office dropped my policy erroneously thinking it was my Brother's policy. Then they dropped my father's policy with no explanation, apology or effort to reinstate. We have been in to the office twice in an attempt to clear up these issues but it was to no avail. We all left the office out of frustration. I also cancelled my auto policy at the beginning of November of this year and they said they would cancel it. I just received a email notification this month indicating that it was due. I would strongly advise saving yourself a headache and steering clear of this office.
