We decided to stay with the office when Brandon Redfern stepped in, but the service has steeply declined since and we rarely (if ever) saw Redfern himself. In recent years the office seems to be staffed solely with kids who are poorly trained and unprepared to assist folks with insurance. The office dropped my policy erroneously thinking it was my Brother's policy. Then they dropped my father's policy with no explanation, apology or effort to reinstate. We have been in to the office twice in an attempt to clear up these issues but it was to no avail. We all left the office out of frustration. I also cancelled my auto policy at the beginning of November of this year and they said they would cancel it. I just received a email notification this month indicating that it was due. I would strongly advise saving yourself a headache and steering clear of this office.

They had me scheduled within a matter of days for an in-office visit, which I had requested. (They also offered phone, zoom as well for my convenience, much appreciated). I am very happy to say that the front office staff when I got there were amazing. Very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Glenn did an excellent job at educating me, listening to my needs, and following through with multiple solutions for my financial needs. He had the heart of a teacher. Very professional, and knowledgeable, and broke things down in a way that I could understand. He was and has to this day been extremely prompt and on top of communications and administrative details. He treated me like a human being, was down to earth. This is huge for me, I'm a very "in-person" kind of guy and like to meet face-to-face when doing things of this nature. Trust is hard to come by these days. And so far, I have to say the team at Wealth Management has knocked it out of the park. Glenn also educates others in his spare time for free. What do I mean by this? He has dedicated time on top of his work to do a weekly financial podcast. He manages and produces this on his own. I'm in the tech background as well as multimedia and this is a time-consuming thing to do. This just shows me that he is more than just "some financial guy" he has a heart for teaching and educating others. This speaks volumes about his character as a financial advisor. Shortly thereafter, the call was dropped. I called back and the woman that answered told me I would have to make an appointment. I told her I live in Ca and she replied that I can make a phone appt., costing $45 in order to get an answer. Really ?? Yes, I understand this is a business. Yes I know they need to make $$ but I feel that $45 is a bit too much to ask for 2 min of time to answer a simple non obscure question. Not sure what they charge for full tax prep but if their policy to charge $45 for a 2 minute question is any indication, I would steer clear. UPDATE: After writing this review, I called H&R Block and the gentleman that answered was both polite and informative. In less than 90 seconds, he provided the answer I was looking for.
