While I am all for paying a fair price for work well done, the technicians spent less than 1 hour working in our unit and what I was charged was way above market price. My bad for not checking around prior to contracting them, however they charged me way over what this work would have cost with another contractor.

Almost as surprised as when the Spotless truck appeared in the morning many days later, and I repeated to the crew leader that I had terminated Spotless. Shortly afterward, I received an email that my appointment was canceled. The "family" crew that I hired was reasonably priced, efficient, and honest.
