This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I would strongly caution others before bringing their vehicle here. To be clear, it was not my choice to use this shop initially. My original mechanic was unable to diagnose the issue with my car and referred it here. Unfortunately, less than 24 hours after getting my vehicle back, it broke down again. Although the breakdown happened over the weekend, I contacted the shop immediately to inform them of the issue. I never received a follow-up call on Monday and had to reach out myself. I explained multiple times how urgently I needed my vehicle, especially as a single mother with no family nearby to help, and was repeatedly assured that the situation would be handled. When they asked me to tow the vehicle back to their shop at my own expense, I refused. Since the vehicle failed less than 24 hours after their repair, I felt they should take responsibility and arrange pickup--which they eventually did, but only after giving me the runaround all week. My car was not picked up until the following Saturday. I was then told that a transmission hose had been cut and that it would cost an additional $450 to repair, despite the same part being available online for much less. When I asked about the warranty on the original repair, I was told this new issue was not covered. To make matters more confusing, they initially claimed they didn't have the part, then suddenly "found" one--but would not begin work until payment was made. The entire process felt dishonest and inconsistent. Communication was poor, the pricing seemed questionable, and I never felt like I was being given transparent information. What was most concerning was being told I could pick up my vehicle if I left a "good" review. I left a 3-star review because I felt that was fair based on my experience. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was questioned about why I didn't leave 5 stars and was told they were "doing me a favor." No one was doing me a favor. They dont diagnose your car they will lie to you only to try to trap you into financing with them for 3-4 times what your car is worth. I found these on Facebook called and spoke with Eddie told him my torque converter was bad he said no problem we can fix that after going around the question about how much it would cost to repair it he said $680 and if we do the work we come pick it up and the tow fee goes towards the repair. Well that was a lie. once he got my car he changed what he said now it's going to be $785 for them to take my transmission out and look to see what exactly is wrong. Then he puts me off on Jay who told me the torque converter was bad and the chain was broke and the pump was out but for some reason could never get his mechanic to give me a price for the parts. Jay stopped answering and never returned calls neither did Eddie. These scammers had my car for 3 weeks so finally I had to pull up. Pull up Jay lied and said he never talked to me wrong I was on the phone every time him and Eddie was the phone was speaker by the way I do record conversations they are rude asf. Once I just asked for my car back after being told by their tow truck driver it was $99 for a tow they wouldnt let me get my car back. Jay said it would be $300 to $400 hundred for the tow. Eddie said $200 to $300. They were clearly just shooting number out their ssa. Of they started speaking in Spanish every time they were talking ish. I honestly don't know how they are still in business. Side note there was a guy there who said they had his car since January and just got it back this month. I do not recommend anyone taking their vehicle to this shop, especially if you are a woman. I was brutally taken for $3,000.00 because they missed a minor detail. I was out of gas. My gas gauge was broken. They had me pick up my vehicle, claiming it was ready, and I broke down. After they had to send a tow truck, they realized, their mistake, but would not admit that they butchered my vehicle, they had me pick it up again, and it broke down and never ran again. I don't recommend this place. In my opinion, this guy has ZERO INTEGRITY. I'm helping a family friend whose father has dementia and gave Eddie $6500 for a car. All the kids live out of state / out of the country; so, they have safety mechanisms in place to protect their Dad. Therefore, they were immediately alerted and informed Eddie while the Dad was at All Tech Transmission. This happened in November 2023, and Eddie STILL HASN'T RETURNED THE $6500. Don't trust this shop. I supposedly had a clutch put in my truck. After driving it a few miles, my shift linkage locked up. So I crawled underneath to look at linkage, and it was very evident the transmission was never pulled. I was also told they adjusted my linkage. If this is true, the linkage shouldn't have locked up. Live and learn. Bottom line, don't waste your time and money just to be ripped off. read more

DO NOT COME HERE! I called them in the beginning of August to see how much it would be for a quote/estimate to get my transmission repaired. I was told that they would charge $995 to take out the transmission and inspect it. They said this would go towards the overall cost of the vehicle repairs. I asked multiple times if the $995 would be the only thing I would have to pay for if I wasn't going to get it fixed. Jimmy kept telling me yes to that. Fast forward to today, I told them that I wasn't going to get my car fixed because the repairs cost more the car itself. He then proceeds to text me my invoice of ALMOST $2000. I didn't get any type of work or repairs done. Just my car inspected. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO GET FIXED! They are not transparent or honest about the pricing. January 23, 2023 I pulled up to Alltech after calling and being told to come by, by Mr. Jay. Upon going I told Jay that I wanted to have my transmission oil checked and replaced because Ford would not be able to get to my car until March 6. Jay had one of the mechanics drive my car and when you switched gears there was a slight jerk so he then told me that they would need to take the transmission apart to see what was wrong. He gave me a quote I in turn told him if it cost over a certain amount would not like to have it serviced because I intended on spending a few hundreds not thousands. He insured me that everything would work out and be cost efficient. Three days later I received a call saying my pump was out and needed to be replaced and had been ordered. Well the price was a price I didn't approve from day one. From then forward everything went downhill Jay would stop answering and replying. February rolled around Jay had a good idea to file an insurance claim after I've already paid money and constantly asked for my car back. With in this time I started a new job just so happen my new supervisor had a horrible experience with Jay as well. As well I ran across another gentleman who experienced the same behavior with Jay. I would go by the mechanics had no clue what was going on with my car and it was as if Jay was hiding. Not until the first week of March after my mom called and had the police headed there did we speak with someone else. Within a week of not dealing with Jay my car was ready for pick up March 13 yes we had to pay more money as well two months in a rental, still paying a car note and insurance. I took my 2010 Volvo S80 there to have an unusual sound diagnosed and repaired! Marvin At AllTech said the transmission needed to be rebuilt so they pulled the transmission and rebuilt it! They charge me $4200 gave my car back doing exactly the same thing it did when I took it there! So I took it back a couple days later they said that they missed something in the transmission and they were gonna have to order a rebuilt transmission! Almost a year went by before they called and said that my car was ready. The new transmission had been put in and it was still making the same noise that it was making when I brought it there the first time and now they're saying that it was the timing chain making the noise, not the transmission. They completely misdiagnosed It! They charged me money give me my car back with exactly the same problem it had before, and I swear there was nothing wrong with the transmission that they rebuilt. I asked for a partial refund and after a lot of argument and problems with Eddie he finally agreed to give me half my money back $2100 but then he reneged and blocked me! HORRIBLE PLACE, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!!. About 5 months ago I left my car at this mechanic shop for an estimate and was quoted a fee to fix it for $3100 so I agreed to the cost. I was told it would take a few weeks and it's been 5-6 months and my car is still at the auto shop. I have been asking for 5 months when my car is going to be ready and every week was a different excuse , "it will be ready by next week" or , " Friday by 7" or "it will be ready by tomorrow ", it's been a different excuse every time for 5-6 months. I have tried to pick up my car and try to tow it to another shop but the mechanic won't let me take it. The car supposedly doesn't run and Now they are telling me it's going to be another $2 thousand from the original quote. Some people are telling me that it sounds like they are over charging in hopes I give up my car and they keep it. It's a BMW and I'm only 24 years old so I think they wanted to take advantage of me.
