Despite my requests to stop merchant services, I've been charged for multiple months after my requested stop. Mandeep, the merchant services liaison, continually assures me week after week that the bonus will be deposited in a few days I'll receive refunds for the incorrect charges, and months later he still has done nothing. I've visited the bank in person several times and spoken with three different managers, including regional branch manager Amro Alshamari, who also keeps promising resolution but without any follow-through. At the very least these two are liars. Additionally, the app sucks. I can't transfer funds between personal and business accounts, and while a manager said it was a temporary issue, it also remains unresolved. The monthly service charges are unreasonable, especially when compared to other banks. I've found better options with American Express, which offers a free business checking account that pays interest and provides an account opening bonus without hassle unlike Regions. I strongly advise against working with Regions Bank. This place is a scam.

After it was resolved, I said keep it Closed. The Teller stayed, just leave $5 and make a $1 deposit monthly and that will keep it open. I get a notice on the mail how my account was overdrawn because I was charged a fee. I was never charged a fee and didn't agree to a checking account! I go into the bank and they tell me it's nothing they can do and I need to pay the overdraft. I wouldn't think twice about using this bank, even if it were the last bank on the planet. I would stuff my cash under my mattress before using them. It's the principle at this point!

I let them know i overreacted because an auto payment came out when I was supposed to be paid but I ended up not getting my check until 2 days later due to an error in our accounting department. They told me to get a letter from my work. I did: they told me there is still nothing they can do. Now charged me $330 and made me drive 50 miles for no reason. Everyone is so kind, patient and makes sure I am not needing help with any other transactions before I leave. It typically takes them longer for my deposits because it's not my bank. They still are patient! They also do events and they are loads of fun. The last one I attended had bounce houses, face painting and a balloon artist! I had been using the lock on the card but It's always a problem with accessing it. The system is down way too much for my comfort recently. It's horrible not being able to access your money! The people that I've worked with have known me by name when I walk in the door. However, since the merger has taken place, I haven't seen as much incompetency in a business anywhere else in my life. I tried to make a simple transaction of a loan payment after mistakingly paying a few bills after writing a check that I had forgotten about. My reserve line had covered this, and I merely went in to make the loan payment from my savings account. From that point, it took me almost a week to get this transaction resolved. I had gotten errors through the online app, so called the branch to have the payment made for me, and was met with so much confusion and incompetency for such a simple transaction.. by the end of the call, I was very frustrated, but assured that the loan payment was made and I would incur zero interest. However, upon checking a couple days later, I witnessed that the payment had not been made, and in fact a transfer had been put into my checking account. When I called back, I was again met with much confusion and the banker even attempted to try to close my overdraft protection account all together and leave me unprotected. Why on earth? Would anybody suggest this? I may need to take my banking somewhere else as I am now fearful for the safety of my accounts at this bank.

I was told that I needed to bring in a social security card for each of them instead of a driver's license. I have no problem with that, but it was the dull and unfriendly demeanor of the teller and desk staff that was disappointing. Very unmotivated. As we walked out the door, my daughter said to me, "Wow! Not toooo friendly there. I wouldn't want an account there." My son agreed.
