Do not come here. they washed my car and we got home I noticed this huge scratch on my front right mirror. One, that shouldn't have happened to begin with but even so was able to wipe away most of it. There are two parts now though that were deep and went through the paint into the metal. Those remain. absolutely unacceptable. I reached out to Ed who told me to send pictures. I did, he said "Hi looks like a scratch whit a wall.. our walls don't have this colors.. im checking my camera's if something happened here.." This was not done by me - if was there before the wash it wouldn't have been that fresh. We definitely did not hit a freaking wall on the way home from the car wash. I will be going in tomorrow to see what he can do. If he takes accountability or denies it, that will really determine how their business is.I will update the review after. No one should go to car wash just for it to come back damaged?? Update: went in and he basically said it was impossible that it occurred there. You're telling me there's 20 people that work for you and it's impossible one of them messed up? Yeah don't come here. Especially if you have a nice car. I called on Friday to find out if I could just drive in at any time for a wash, and they said yes. I was given a window of about 45 minutes to 1hr 20m depending on how busy they were. I was prepared for the long end since I was going on a Saturday. I wanted to take my car in for a hand wash in particular since its new and has a rear wiper that I am still nervous about taking to a drive through wash. I got there around 1:30 Saturday and expected a long wait, but they took my car in immediately and seemed to start working on it pretty quickly. There was a steady flow of other cars coming and going. They have a waiting area inside and some seating outside. There was no one else inside which worked out. My car took about an hour to complete and it came out looking stellar. It was clean and dry. I will certainly be coming back here for washes in the future. read more

Dropped off my car off at Eds yesterday. I noticed paint all over my tires, in the wheel wells that had also kicked up all over the side of my car. I'm assuming someone spilled paint on the freeway and I drove right over it. Sucks. Needless to say Ed's went above and beyond not only removing every drop but also beautifully detailing my car. My car was squealing the whole way back and you could smell the rubber. The wash itself on the outside was ok. Had spots here and there. My biggest complaint was that the inside was still a mess. I came here for a basic car wash. I asked for a basic car wash. I have an expensive car. It's wrapped, so it can't even be waxed. The owner, Ed, asks for what kind of car I have. I take him outside to show him the car. Although he clearly advertises $18 for a wash, he decides that he wants to charge me $35 because I have the " best " car. Seriously? I have no issues paying for an expensive car wash, even if it costs $100. Gratuity is appreciated, not required. What I have issue with, is being charged almost double straight off the bat because I have a nicer car. There is many options in the area, do not give business to a dishonest place that charges people based on what car they drive. That's not a good ethic. read more

My mobile car wash guy had car troubles and wasn't able to make my appointment so I was looking for a place to get a last minute car wash early Friday evening and found Ed's on Yelp. Skimmed through some reviews and decided it was worth a stop. Decent car wash but unfortunately there were some small, obvious spots missed that I feel doesn't help justify the $55 car wash for my small suv. Now, I admit I'm very particular in attention to detail but first thing I noticed when I sat down is that they did not wipe down my steering wheel or drivers side door - or really any door or my center console. Second, did a quick walk around the car and my rims were still pretty dirty (they are black and show everything). Third, still some obvious water spots on the body of my car near headlights that stood out to me. Some may think these things are minor or excusable but my complaints are solely based off my opinion that it just wasn't up to par with a $55 car wash + tip. I've been to hand car washes that charge $35 or less for the same type of job. Not to mention, my mobile car guy charges around half the price and doesn't miss a spec... which is what I expected at this price point. read more
