Novocaine? Pffttt. Easy, peasy. Don't even feel it. Not sure how he does it and don't really care. All I know is that he is the best at administering it. Crowns? Had 6 porcelain crowns placed over my old teeth which had to be 'ground down' a bit and not even an inkling of pain or discomfort. My teeth look fabulous now and I'm proud to smile. Fillings? No pain. Remove silver fillings and replace with white? No pain. The staff is amazing too. I honestly am so scared that I waited way too long for any simple visit. The whole team worked with us from the moment we walked in the door. Dr. Dawson and his assistant were excellent communicators and eased my high anxiety through constant reassurances and I must tell you I was so happy and so impressed during the whole process of removing 10 teeth! I was awake during the whole time. It was close to 4 hours of surgery, and it was awesome! The care during the surgery was so wonderful and I was cool as a cucumber. The gas used and local shots were administered with my relaxation and pain level in check. I go back in for a bridge and a couple tooth inserts. I'll follow up with the next visit. Thank you all again for making this long over-due visit one worth telling everyone about!
