The questions they asked were all about my past dental experiences and actually about my anxieties about going to the dentist. The only thing was I think i read the review on the other location having massage chairs and tv screens on the ceilings. Maybe the other chairs may have this but the one i was put in twice didn't. Anyways It was easy and I was surprised how fast I was able to get in as a new client for my dental pain and was then able to Schedule my cleaning a week after (that might have been luck though). Anyways the minute I ran in the front desk ladies were so warm, friendly and bright and even offered a koozy right off the bat. I actually have been to previous offices where I've actually switched providers just bc the front desk/ancillary staff were the absolute worst but not here! The dental hygienist here not only as friendly but understanding and so knowledgeable compared to other places! They are also on top of their covid precautions too! I can't wait for the pandemic is over so I can finally see those smiles that I know were beaming under those masks!

If I could have chosen 0 stars, I would have. I've been going to this dentist office for many…read moreyears, maybe over 20 years in all. The last couple years, it's gotten worse for many reasons. The good visits or incidents with the staff USED TO BE more often good than bad the years prior, but the last couple years it's the COMPLETE OPPOSITE and my anxiety is so bad just coming here to this office only...nowhere else in my life over these last few years has caused me this extreme anxiety to need to take xanax just to enter their office! I had many years with little to no anxiety issues going there, with exception of the front desk employees that have always been an issue. The front desk (main lady you would interact with EVERY SINGLE TIME you go there) is the most CONDESCENDING person and SHOULD NOT BE working such a primary role in a position where you have to deal with customers first hand. She's almost always been this way since I've known her for over 20 years I've been coming to Dr Jenn & Dr Mack Greder, unless you very rarely catch her on a good day when she's not (less than 5 times in over 20 years going here). She was so rude and condescending when I called to ask her about an upcoming cavity filling that I recall getting done in the same area on the same tooth they said needed done in 2 weeks. I was just trying to inquire if this was the one they did last Fall (just over 5 months before) to see if that cavity filling itself had an issue that I was asking if it would be covered by them (if the exact same spot, which I suspected as they did a cavity filling and worked on that exact spot on the tooth in question just 5 months before), only to be treated so horribly over the phone. And her exact words she said to me were, "I can't explain this to you over the phone because you don't understand the correct terminology, so you just need to come in the day of your scheduled cavity filling to have it explained at that time." When asked if she could just have Dr Jenn Greder, who I've been with for over 20 years, call and explain it to me over the phone when she had a chance (because Dr Jenn Greder has a WAY BETTER BEDSIDE MANNER & talks to people with respect), she condescendingly said, "no, she can't do that." This caused me to cancel my upcoming appt for the cavity filling, and I will also cancel all future appts with the dental office now. I will be switching dental providers as well. Nobody should be treated this way!!! Nor should an employer keep any, especially tenured employees employed, if they are always so negative and rude to customers. They impact your business in a very bad way when they are the person the customer more than likely HAS TO deal with everytime they reach out or enter your business! Another previous issue I had with them was when I had a cavity filling 5 months ago. I requested to have as for that appt to calm my nerves. They told me they needed to know ahead of time if I was sure I wanted it or not as they had a pregnant hygienist working, which was totally fine, so we scheduled it during a time that they said was when she would be out of the office on her lunch break so that I could get it without interfering with her health and schedule. When I came in for my appt at the scheduled time they told me would work best for that employee, this same condescending lady who works there told me that the employee was running behind with their client, but originally was set to have her lunch break then but "someone" scheduled an appt during my scheduled time with another hygienist so she was late to go to lunch now (not my error...theirs).She said that I had to come back "maybe" an estimated 30 min later to try to do the appt then. I had made childcare arrangements and agreed to come back despite my appt time not being kept for what they planned, but I still did the appt...but over 30 min behind schedule. Thankfully my childcare provider was still available and that I didn't have another appt soon after or I would have been forced to rescedule due to their inability to keep the scheduled time correct for the appt. Also, at the cavity filling 5 months ago and almost EVERY SINGLE APPT I have went to over the last few years, I have to take a Xanax or two in the parking lot before I go in to calm my nerves. This office and especially that condescending employee have done their toll on my nerves. I don't need to take Xanax ANY OTHER TIME in my life for the last few years EXCEPT to go to THEIR OFFICE for teeth cleanings, cavity fllings, and to just walk in and buy more toothpaste. And EVERY SINGLE TIME, this same employee tells me I just need to relax and to take Xanax but then every single time I say I took it, she says you know you can't drive when you take it and you really shouldn't be taking that. You can't win with her! This same employee has left between a $100-200 credit on my acct for YEARS without issuing a refund check or even letting me know I had a balance!

Was recommended this dentist by a coworker and had a great experience. I've only visited once so…read morefar but definitely plan to come back and keep them as my regular dentist. Their appointment times fit my schedule well and all the staff were so nice. I was in and out quickly for my 6 month cleaning, while still feeling like they did a great, complete job.

They put me on an antibiotics and gave me a special toothpaste! They said if it had went any longer it would've caused me to have periodontal disease in my gums! I was given an estimate around $600 for my visit in April, only to be hit with a shocking $2,500 bill afterwards which was received in late June. Since July, I've been trying to get answers, and instead I have been met with rudeness, avoidance, and zero accountability from the front office. I repeatedly asked to speak with the doctor and was told he "does not talk on the phone with patients." At my follow up cleaning in September, I confronted him directly about the ongoing billing issues and the dismissive treatment I'd been getting. He told me, "We will get this taken care of," and took every document I brought - the estimate, the bills, phone logs - everything. I finally thought someone was taking this seriously. Instead, nothing changed. A few weeks later, I received the exact same $2,500 bill with no explanation, no update, nothing. When I called again, a staff member offered a payment plan but then told me the amount I could actually afford was not accepted by the doctor - he needed double the monthly payment. When I asked for time to figure things out, communication suddenly stopped. My calls were not returned, my messages were ignored, and even my email received no response. I was calling weekly with no progress. Today, after months of trying to resolve this with the office directly, I found out they sent my bill to collections without notifying me. After everything, this was how they chose to handle it. I have never dealt with such poor communication, lack of follow- through, and disregard for patient's concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office to anyone.
