Absolutely no customer service. This is my fourth time going, but also my last. I usually get powder on my nails but this time I got gel, as per Tracy it should last 2-3 wks. Tracy did a very rushed job and my nails looked sooooo thick? All I did was go home take a shower and went to a dinner date. That morning I noticed 4 fingers already starting to chip. Went back and after waiting for an 1hr she was going to redo the gel.. but I opted to just go back to powder. Tracy rushed that too and actually every step she did was messy and like a new tech doing the work totally wrong...she had clump the powder on a few nails like a Rocky Mountain and I asked what is that...and said she would file those down at the end...what? Never heard that before. After almost two hours just on the redo...these nails look terrible. Powder all stuck in my cuticles... And not to mention I originally gave her a tip. ‍. No more fuss or wasting my time. That's my last time there or anyone else I know I will make sure they will get my story. Btw...NO ONE ever apologized for the sub par service. read more

I used to love this place! Now the customer service and communication is horrible. I'm not sure if it is new management or not but I will not return. I walk in and ask how long is the wait. Then they told me that they could take me right now, great! So they have someone run the water and show me where we would be sitting. That was the last time seeing that woman. They had us to sit and soak our feet,me and my 3 year old, for 30+ minutes.. not recognized or acknowledged at all.. as I am leaving, the manager didn't say a word to me apologize for my wait or anything. My first time visiting this place & I loved the results. I also brought my 1 year old with me. & she happens to fall asleep on my lap while I was getting a pedicure & my nails done. nope. i went here in april and my gel and acrylic was way too thick. nails were uneven. then when i pointed out everything i also wanted to change the color. and he just put more gel on top to make it even thicker. never again. don't go here. also, they cut my toe nails crooked i suggest you all go to nail care spa right down the street and schedule an appointment with amy or one of the jennifers!! read more

I gave this nail salon a 1 star rating because I went in to get my nails removed thinking that it would be a quick visit well I was wrong. When I arrived I was told to sit in a chair I then waited 10 mins for somebody to start on my nails after somebody started on my nails they only cut the acrylic down then left again. I then waited another 40 mins for them to remove the rest of the nail. After everything was off i was told to wash my hands then pay. There was no further nail care not even a buff I asked if they do further nail care and I was told that would be an extra cost and I would have to wait again read more

Let's say I found my new nail salon!!! I'm in love!! I was initially greeted and felt welcome when coming in. I was a little nervous by going to a new nail salon but they made me feel very comfortable!!! The nail tech that did my nails and feet was Tommy. Let's say, he's the best nail tech I've ever had. I was extremely impressed that I didn't have to guide him every step. I only had to tell him what I wanted and Tommy over exceeded my expectations.. Love.Love.Love! Tracy has done my nails several times and Minh normally does my toes. I found this place by accident. I live in the area and would drive all the way to Loganville to get my nails done. Now I have a place right down the road and I like them more than where I have been going for the last 6 years. Very beautiful establishment with great service and is always super clean! Also they are very patient with children. I take my daughter to sit in the princess chairs and they are so great with her as well. I could not say enough good things about this place. read more

Nice atmosphere, but it took an hour and 30 mins. for the pedicure, and then they sat me down for another 30 minutes to get a manicure, until I got tired of waiting and left. They were not that busy, so I don't know why it took so long. Furthermore, when I got home and looked at my toes, I was highly perturbed. I could have done better than this myself! After faithfully going there since Opening Day, the manager, Bruce, had the audacity to pull my manicurist in the middle of my service to go service someone else. No replacement was sent over and nothing was communicated to me. Clearly, they don't want my business and I will gladly go back to Cindy's Nails since they have always been appreciative of my business. If I could give 0 stars, I would! TERRIBLE AT NAILS. MY NAILS HAVE NEVER LOOKED THIS BAD IN MY LIFE. To begin, I asked for stiletto shape but he gave me coffin. I didn't say anything about it because I usually get coffin so it didn't really bother me, so I let it pass. BUT between washing my hands I over heard him and a coworker laughing about not giving me stiletto. After sitting down I took a closer look at my nails and they were ALL uneven. Not just one, but all. I showed him each nail on one hand compare, he told me "Once I paint them they won't look uneven", then laughed . . . So he paints them, nail polish is bubbly and thick, nails still look awful. So I try to make him redo them. He doesn't want to start over so he tried to use a nail clipper and file to reshape them. At this point I'm over it. The point is, just don't go there. Try Nail Care Spa next to publix. That's my original nail salon, so I guess this is what I get for cheating! read more

I had high expectations for this place but was immediately disappointed. I went with my mom and the lady took me first and the by the time they were finished with my feet (by the way they cut me) my mom was still waiting. Then when it came time for my pedicure the technician dips the bowl for my hand inside of the water that was used for my feet to soak my hands on. I understand they are my feet but that still was completely disgusting. After my manicure my mother is still waiting for a fill in, after I got my eyebrows waxed my mother was still waiting. When I did inquire about how long it would take my mother to be seen the manger rudely tells my 10 more minutes because apparently no one but him out of all the employees knew how to do acrylic fill ins. After he spoke he just walked away. So my mother never got serviced and it was her birthday! So never again will they get my money. And they haven't been opened that long for them to create this bad reputation with people who live nearby. They really need to work on customer service or they will never gain clients. read more

After reading the reviews on Yelp and Google, I decided to give this place a try. Very nice decor and very spacious. Kevin did my nails S and S. he was friendly and his wife did my pedicure. I didn't like the fact that he stopped working in me to work on other clients at the same time so it took a little longer. My pedicure seemed rushed and she cut corners by not cleaning under the toe nail nor polishing the front of the nail. Shop needs experienced techs. read more

Then in the middle of finally getting to her the technician (manager) stopped to do someone's eyebrows. That's when I had enough and spoke to the manager. If I could get it ZERO stars I would!!! I was went in and had a fill in and pedicure both Gel so it's not cheap. After 8 days my nails were chipping and were turning black. I went in and asked if I could have it fixed, just a polish change would be all they needed to do. I was told to look around for the person who did my nails. Well I looked and couldn't find the girl. I had my receipt and then one of the girls tried to tell me it was over 10 days that they can "no fix". I pointed out the date on the receipt and said it's clearly 8 days and I have NEVER had gel chip or turn black. I asked for the manager and all of a sudden no one spoke English! Another customer had to point out the manager to me. When I approached him he looked at my nails and said well he could fix them but it would have to be another day because he was busy. I would honestly give this nail bar a zero if I could, not because the work was the absolutely worst that I have ever seen, but because along with doing a bad job on my daughter's nails, the customer service was horrible. My daughters and I went to this salon when they first opened and had ok service, but decided to find another salon to frequent. Against better judgement, my daughter decided to give them another try on her prom day because they have several technicians and they opened early and she was hoping that they could get her in and out fairly quickly. She went by herself and started her service by telling the guy that this was for her prom and showed him a picture of her prom dress. He told her that he could do an OMBRE look on her. As most teens would do, she simply paid for her nails ($50) and even left a tip, even though she hated them. When I saw the nails, I immediately called the salon and told them that I was bringing my daughter back and that they were going to have to redo her nails because they look horrible. The young lady who answered the phone was nice enough and she told me to just bring her back. We get there and they have the same guy who did her nails before to work on her nails. She picked out a color, he simply painted over the nails, and my daughter asked him to add rhinestones. At this point we are running behind because we have had to come to the nail salon twice and she needed to get to her makeup appointment. The nails were messy, but they would do just to get her through the night, I did not argue the fact that they overcharged my child when she came that morning, until he tried to tell her that she owed him an additional $10 for rhinestones. I am not one to make a scene, but this establishment brought it out of me. They have no integrity, there emphasis is only on how many people they can get in and out, no care is taken to do a good job. I will NEVER spend another dollar there. read more
